"Wildfire" Tommy Rich by DQ(?) in a no-DQ match when referee Anderson caught Rich stabbing Khan with his own fork (10:49).  Anderson didn't seem to understand that it was a no-DQ bout as he called it like a regular bout, leading to the questionable finish.  Promoter Herb Simmons addressed Anderson afterwards, saying he'd been watching his recent officiating and felt that he'd overstepped his bounds in recent times.  As a result, Herb fired Anderson on the spot...and The Big Texan decided to get some immediate payback by leveling Anderson with the lariat!
