Saturday CHWA Results From Edwardsville, IL + Other Show Results

-Ring announcer:  Dilly.  Referees:  Steven Hopple, Jeremy Smith, Austin King, & Aron Lawrence.
-"Five-Star" Jessy Jay(w/ 1-Up Champion "The Main Attraction" Big Daddy Dion) won a five-way dance with Sid Manson, Jackal(who ran into the ring after a few minutes and was officially added to the bout), Kenneth Collins, and Drew Karter.  Eliminations:  Collins pinned Karter after the spinning elbowsmash (6:37).  Jay pinned Collins after a twisting Diamond Cutter(a la Twist Of Fate) (8:42).  Manson pinned Jackal after a headlock driver (10:55).  Jay pinned Manson after hitting him with a chair twice outside the ring (12:30).
-"The Shoeserweight" Chris Exodus wanted to call out "The Wind Of Destruction" Makaze to fight right away; Heavyweight Champion "The Native Nightmare" Jeremy Lightfoot(w/ Austin Lightfoot) let him know that Makaze was unable to compete due to injury, so he wasn't there...thus making the night's main event a one-on-one match for the title.
-Satisfaction Guaranteed(Madi Monarch & Sofia Sombra) d. The Arch City Mercenaries(Tony Esteem & Jimmi LaFleur)(w/ Jackal) by DQ to retain the Tag Team Titles when Jackal blatantly interfered in the match (9:36).
-"The One-Man Zoo" L-Ride d. "The Urban Cowboy" Ricky Rodriguez via waistlock uranagi (9:06).
-Alister Crow(w/ Doc Lombardi) d. Dean Roberts with a full nelson slam (6:12).
-D.K. Coltello & I.P. Mason d. The Posthumans(Mazoku & "Parasyte" Tyler Blake) when Coltello pinned Parasyte after a spear by Mason (16:25).  Mazoku ranted at his partner after the match and said they were done as a team; Parasyte asked Mazoku to give the team one more chance and asked him to return to the ring to make amends, but then turned on Mazoku and dropped him to the mat!
-History In The Making(Damien Blackwell & Johnny Banks)(w/ Halo) d. All Eyes On Us("The Amoralist" Micah Pope & "Mile High" Nelson Sixx); Banks pinned Pope after hitting a sitout spinebuster followed by Blackwell delivering a splash off the second rope (12:11).
-"The Main Attraction" Big Daddy Dion(w/ "Five-Star" Jessy Jay) d. Angelo Grimsley(w/ Raziel) to retain the 1-Up Title.  Grimsley nearly won after a close-range superkick but Jay pulled the referee out of the ring, which led to a confrontation between Jay and Raziel.  Grimsley chased Jay around the ring, but Dion caught him as he re-entered the ropes and hit the layout DDT to win (12:57).  Grimsley offered a handshake to Dion, but Dino declined and Jay hit Grimsley from behind.  Raziel entered the ring to shield her brother...Dion & Jay appeared to back off, but then Dion turned around and laid out Raz with his title belt!
-Cousin Waylon Phoenix(w/ Cousin Jebediah) d. The Snitch by DQ to retain the International Title after a blatant low blow by Snitch (12:48).
-"The Shoeserweight" Chris Exodus d. "The Native Nightmare" Jeremy Lightfoot(w/ Austin Lightfoot) via top-rope elbowdrop to win the Heavyweight Title (14:20).  It seemed as though there was mutual respect between the new and former champions, but Alister Crow(on the heels of his King Of The Hill Rumble win) and "The Wind Of Destruction" Makaze made their way to ringside.  Lightfoot stopped Exodus from attacking Makaze and the two argued over Makaze getting into Exodus' head with his mind games.  That led to the two agreeing to join forces and fight Makaze & Crow in a tag team match in March.
