Saturday CHWA Results From Edwardsville, IL + Other Show Results

-Ring announcer:  Chris Roedel.  Referees:  Aron Lawrence, Freddy Jack Funkhouser, Jeremy Smith, & Luke Roberts.
-The night started with a ten-bell salute for local promoter Frank Reed.
-Jackal won a four-corner match with "The Main Attraction" Big Daddy Dion, 5* Jesse Jay, and "The Urban Cowboy" Ricky Rodriguez.  The match initially ended when Dion DDTed Jackal and Pedigreed Rodriguez before covering Rodriguez, but Jay pinned Jackal at the same time (8:21).  Dion was almost declared the winner as the referee was only watching his pin cover, but a second official called his attention to the other pinfall and called for a restart.  Dion and Jay fought out of the ring and Jackal rolled up Rodriguez with a handful of trunks for the victory (0:11 of the restart, 8:32 total).
-"The Incinerator" Shawn Blaze won a triple threat match with "The Bayou Nightmare" Waylon Phoenix and "Switchblade" Garrett Shanks; Waylon hit the Gator Bomb(Vader Bomb) on Shanks, but Blaze took out Waylon with a Samoan Drop and stole the pin on Shanks (6:20).
-Logan Simmons d. Rynar The Hooligans via released German suplex to retain the 1-Up Title (7:53).
-"The Native Nightmare" Jeremy Lightfoot d. "The Crowd Pleaser" Karti Marti with the Lightfoot(Michinoku) Driver (4:33).
-Madi Monarch d. Drew Karter(substituting for Piper Brooks)(w/ Iorio The Juggalo) via rollup to retain the International Title.
-D.N.X.(David X & Noah X) d. The Junkies For Fame("J.S.O." Jeff O'Connor & "The Doctor Of Decadence" Dallas Stevens) to retain the Tag Team Titles; David pinned Dallas after he and Noah hit the close-range superkick/running knee strike combo (8:31).
-Mazoku d. "The Anomaly" I.P. Mason after a standing Sliced Bread #2 (8:53).  Mason attacked Mazoku after the match until "Parasyte" Tyler Nyte made the surprising save.  The estranged tag team partners looked at each other but parted ways without a word exchanged.
-Beast(w/ Mat Maniac) d. Iorio The Juggalo(w/ Drew Karter) with a vertical splash (5:17).  This was one of Beast's final matches before his retirement.
-The Winds Of Destruction(Interim Heavyweight Champion Alister Crow, Makaze, & "Parasyte" Tyler Nyte) d. "The One-Man Zoo" L-Ride, Angelo Grimsley, & Ramsey Rancid; Parasyte hit the standing Sliced Bread #2 on Ramsey but Makaze shoved him away to get the pinfall himself (11:56).  Crow & Makaze were distant from Parasyte for most of the match and then turned on him after the bell for his rescue of Mazoku earlier in the night.  Crow gloated over his championship victories but was confronted by a masked man...who turned out to be Heavyweight Champion "The Shoeserweight" Chris Exodus!  Exodus took out Crow with the Starlight Kick(middle-rope springboard roundhouse kick) and posed with his championship, announcing that the rumors of his delayed return to action had been greatly exaggerated...

-"The Deliverer" Moses Powell d. "The Whole Thang" Rahim De La Suede to retain the Jr. Heavyweight Title after kicking the middle rope into Rahim's groin, getting the rollup pin after that (17:06).

-Dysfunction(Brandon Espinosa & Tom Coffey) d. "The Quadfatha" Camaro Jackson & "The Legacy" Leland Race to win the Tag Team Titles; Espinosa pinned Leland after Kyle Roberts hit Leland with one of the title belts behind the referee's back (21:00).
