Saturday MMWA Results From St. Louis, MO

-It was announced that all of the titles were vacated due to circumstances beyond the promotion's control; the Heavyweight Title would be decided by a round-robin tournament. Brandon Espinosa and Da'Marius Jones were automatically entered and the other four participants would be determined in qualifying matches.
-Heavyweight Title Tournament Qualifier: J-Mal Swagg d. Damion Cortess after the Zigzag (6:50). Cortess shook Swagg's hand afterwards but then laid him out with a cheapshot.
-Heavyweight Title Tournament Qualifier: "The" Ace Hawkins d. The Big Texan(Jim Hoffarth going back under the mask) after countering a chokeslam attempt with a mid-air DDT and then following up with a somersault Ace Crusher (5:47).
-Garrett Shanks d. "The Enforcer" Jimmy D after Moondog Rover stopped D from using his baseball bat, allowing Shanks to finish with a Diamond Cutter (4:04).
-Heavyweight Title Tournament Qualifier: Moondog Rover d. B.T. Daramola with the World's Strongest Slam (5:12).
-Heavyweight Title Tournament Qualifier: Barackus(subbing for "Da Bomb" Brian James) d. "Night Train/Gorgeous/Great One" Gary Jackson; Jackson nearly got Barackus in the Texas Cloverleaf, but James' music played and Jackson released the hold to see if James was in the building. Barackus took advantage with the clawhold Flatliner for the upset win (8:24).
-Varik Morgan d. Deacon Cash by DQ; Cash accidentally elbowed the referee and Morgan rallied with a flying knee strike, Codebreaker, and fireman's-carry into a Pele Kick, leading to a second referee counting the pinfall (12:21). However, the first official recovered and called it a DQ win for Morgan due to Cash striking a ref; Commissioner Jim Harris said that the rebranded championship shouldn't start out on a DQ finish, so Morgan and Cash would face each other again at the January show to determine the new titleholder.
-Brandon Espinosa d. Da'Marius Jones by DQ to retain the MWR Missouri Title; Espinosa got Jones in the cross-armbreaker, but Ace Hawkins ran in with a swanton bomb onto Espy to cause the disqualification (15:23). Moondog Rover hit the ring and dropped Ace with the World's Strongest Slam, then Barackus entered the fray and got Rover in the clawhold. J-Mal Swagg entered the fight and took out the big man with the Zigzag, leaving Espy/Moondog/Swagg standing tall to the close the show...those six men will be the participants in the round-robin tournament for the Heavyweight Title
