-Due to injuries and suspensions stemming from a backstage incident after All Out, the Heavyweight and Trios Titles were both vacated.  A tournament for the Heavyweight Title was set up with former champions Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley getting byes.  The winner of "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson vs. "Hangman" Adam Page would face Jericho in the semifinals and the winner of Darby Allin vs. "The Spanish God" Sammy Guevara would face Moxley in the semis, with the finals taking place at Grand Slam.
-Death Triangle(All-Atlantic Champion "The Bastard" Pac & The Lucha Brothers(Penta El Cero Miedo & Rey Fenix))(w/ Alex Abrahantes) d. "Freshly Squeezed" Orange Cassidy & The Best Friends(Trent Berretta & "The Kentucky Gentleman" Chuck Taylor)(w/ Donovan Danhausen) to win the vacant Trios Titles when Pac pinned Chuck after the Black Arrow(corkscrew shooting star press) (12:58).
-Interim Women's Champion Toni Storm d. "The Bad Girl" Penelope Ford-Sabian(w/ "Underrated & Over It" Kip Sabian)(non-title) with the jumping DDT (5:48).
-"Mr. Mayhem" Michael Wardlow d. "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese(w/ "Smart" Mark Sterling) after three powerbombs to retain the TNT Title (1:26).  "The Technical Beast" Josh Woods saved Sterling from a post-match powerbomb.
-Heavyweight Title Tournament:  "The American Dragon" Bryan Danielson d. "Hangman" Adam Page via bridging O'Connor Roll (19:51 aired).  S. William Regal did commentary.
-"The Dragon Slayer" Daniel Garcia d. "The Decoder" Wheeler Yuta with the Dragon Tamer(leaning-back scorpion deathlock) in a Pure Rules Match to win the ROH Pure Title (16:03).  Bryan Danielson entered the ring to put the belt around Garcia's waist (much to Chris Jericho's chagrin).
-Friday on Rampage:  Darby Allin vs. "The Spanish God" Sammy Guevara in the Heavyweight Title Tournament, plus Claudio Castagnoli vs. Dax Harwood for the ROH Heavyweight Title and "The Queen Bee" Madison Rayne vs. "The Professor" Serena Deeb.
