-Ring announcer: Dilly. Referees: Jeremy Smith, Steven Hopple, ?, ?, & ?.
-"The Black Panther" Johnathan Zulu d. Sid Manson(w/ Dean Roberts) after the pump kick to retain the MMWA Jr. Heavyweight Title (13:00). After the match, Drew Karter told Dean to be in his corner later in the night as a test of his loyalty.
-Satisfaction Guaranteed(Madi Monarch & Sofia Sombra) d. Iorio The Juggalo & Isaiah "The Enforcer" Markel(w/ Sean Justice); Sofia blinded Iorio with hair spray and pinned him after a buzzsaw kick (12:20).
-Angelo Grimsley(w/ Raziel) d. "The Butcher" Damian Blade by DQ to retain the 1-Up Title after Butcher blatantly hit Grimsley with his axhandle (2:36). Grimsley didn't want to win that way and challenged Butcher to restart the match as a no-DQ bout.
-Angelo Grimsley(w/ Raziel) d. "The Butcher" Damian Blade in a no-DQ match; Butcher dragged Raz into the ring, but it backfired on him as she delivered a low blow when he turned his attention back to Angelo. That gave Angelo the opening to deliver a trapped-arm knee strike and score a big win over the Midwest veteran (5:36 of the restart; 8:12 total).
-"The Midwest Bad Boy" P.T. Beckham(w/ Johnny Banks, "The Deceived" Damien Blackwell, & Halo) d. Alister Crow with a re-entry sunset flip into a rollup with feet on the ropes for illegal leverage (11:22).
-"The Shoeserweight" Chris Exodus d. Doug E. Best in a 30-Minute Submission Ironman Match. Falls: Exodus made Best tap out to a figure-four leglock (12:40). Best made Exodus tap out to a scorpion deathlock (13:17). Late in the match, Best took out the referee with a Stone Cold Stunner, which meant there was no one to call the submission when Best tapped out to a triangle hold by Exodus. As a result, the time limit expired at a 1-1 tie (30:00)...but sudden death overtime was ordered and Exodus scored the decisive win with a Crippler Crossface (0:35 of overtime; 30:35 total).
-The Post-Humans(Mazoku & "Parasyte" Tyler Blake) vs. History In The Making(Johnny Banks & "The Deceived" Damien Blackwell)(w/ "The Midwest Bad Boy" P.T. Beckham) for the Tag Team Titles ended in a no-contest. Banks & Blackwell appeared to have the match won after hitting Parasyte with two Dudley Death Drops, but Beckham entered the ring and hit his own teammates with a metal chair; this led to the match to be thrown out (19:23).
-Cousin Waylon Phoenix(w/ Cousin Jebediah) d. Drew Karter(w/ Dean Roberts) to retain the International Title. The referee was knocked down and Karter hit both Waylon and the referee with low blows, but Dean hit Karter with his removed boot and left him to be pinned by Waylon after the Bayou Bomb(Vader Bomb) (11:59).
-"The One-Man Zoo" L-Ride d. Ken Collins in a ladder match to win the Golden Opportunity Briefcase when he retrieved the briefcase from above the ring (15:19). (Previous briefcase holder Shawn Valiant forfeited the briefcase when he left the promotion.)
-"The Native Nightmare" Jeremy Lightfoot(w/ Austin Lightfoot) d. Playboy Double H to retain the Heavyweight Title. Playboy initially won after an advanced curbstomp (8:34), but the match was restarted after other officials told the original referee that Lightfoot was in the ropes. That led to Lightfoot winning after a fireman's-carry Lightfoot Driver (0:34 of the restart; 9:08 total). Playboy refused to leave gracefully, demanding a rematch with Lightfoot at the next big event and vowed to destroy CHWA in the process. Lightfoot agreed to the rematch and said it would be a Tables Ladders & Chairs Match...not for the Heavyweight Title, but for the fate of the company itself!
