-Ring announcer: The Guido. Referees: Freddy Jack Funkhouser, Aron Lawrence, & Jay Marcus.
-"The Third-Generation Monster" Damien Blackwell(w/ Halo) d. Kyle Roberts(w/ Midwest Champion Brandon Espinosa); Espy was ejected for interfering and Roberts attempted a rollup pin with feet on the ropes, but Halo swatted his feet down. The momentary distaction allowed Blackwell to get his own rollup for the pinfall (8:31).
-"The One-Man Zoo" L-Ride won a triple threat match with "The Spanish Storm" Brice Cawvey and "The Enforcer" Isaiah Johnson(w/ James Allen Marks) when he pinned Johnson after the Circle Of Life(450 Splash) (7:11).
-"The King Of Thrash" Justin Poole & Sidney Manson(w/ John Berkley) d. Navi Kai & Clay Huna; Shawn Valiant ran off Berkley after he interfered in the match, leading to Manson delivering a low blow to Clay Huna...Poole scored the pinfall on Clay Huna after a Diamond Cutter (9:21).
-John Berkley d. Shawn Valiant after a distraction by Justin Poole allowed Sidney Manson to slip a chain into the ring, which Berkley used to knock out Valiant for the cheap win (10:02).
-Quest Parker(w/ Anthony "Worldwide" Lopes) d. "The Undeniable" Corey Andrews via rope-handspring Cutter (6:42). Justin Poole & John Berkley came out to recruit Andrews after the match, resulting in handshakes all around.
-The main event was scheduled to be a triple threat match, but Kyle Roberts emerged from the backstage area instead of Jake Prater and it seemed as thought Dysfunction had taken out Prater in advance; L-Ride fought off Roberts and the main event started as a one-on-one bout for the Midwest Title.
-"The Dragonfly" Chris Exodus d. Brandon Espinosa after the Starlight Light(middle-rope springboard roundhouse kick) to win the Midwest Title (17:08). Chaos ensued as Kyle Roberts attacked Exodus, which brought out L-Ride to even the sides; however, the Dysfunction duo delivered low blows to the members of Dragon's Guild and fought them off. The locker room emptied in an attempt to deal with Dysfunction but they were all fended off with double-teams; meanwhile, Justin Poole's group stood by the entranceway and watched the proceedings. Even Commissioner Douglas O'Shea entered the ring to confront Espinosa & Roberts and was laid out (wait, DOUGLAS O'SHEA IS A GOOD GUY NOW?!?). Espy and Roberts took out Damien Blackwell with their numbers advantage and held Halo hostage in the ring, with Espy demanding a trios match at the July show with control of the company at stake. Espy said that if the IEW team won, Dysfunction would leave the company. When the promoter hesitated to accept the challenge, Espy snapped and dropped Halo with a Tombstone! Everyone rushed the ring to check on Halo as Dysfunction retreated from the ring...
