Mercedes Moné & ROH Women's Champion "The Fallen Goddess" Athena Palmer; "Space Jesus" Billie Starkz ran down to pass in Athena's title but only to be taken out by AEW Women's Champion "More Than A Woman" Kris Statlander.  WIllow delivered a gutwrench powerbomb to Athena, then passed her over to Harley who hit the inverted swinging neckbreaker for the shock pinfall (12:44 plus fighting before the bell)!

-Blood & Guts Advantage Match:  Darby Allin d. "Red Death" Daniel Garcia with the Scorpion Deathlock despite a cheapshot by "The Bastard" Pac outside ther ing (6:52 + 6:38).  All hell broke loss as Pac re-entered to attack Darby, which brought out other members of the Death Riders and Conglomeration for the brawl.

-Blood & Guts Advantage Match:  "The Megasus" Megan Bayne(w/ "Superbad Girl" Penelope Ford-Sabian) d. Mina Shirakawa(substituting for the injured Queen Aminata) via running Ligerbomb (9:33); "Timeless" Toni Storm did commentary but was attacked by "The Problem" Marina Shafir late in the bout.  Toni and Marina fought at ringside and the distraction led to Bayne's victory.  The rest of the women in next week's Blood & Guts match hit the ring to fight...Mercedes Moné hesitated, only to be wiped out by Kris Statlander on her way to the ring.

-The Opps(Samoa Joe, "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata, & "Powerhouse" Will Hobbs) d. Heavyweight Champion "Hangman" Adam Page, "The Mad King" Eddie Kingston, & Hook to retain the Trios TItles when Hobbs made Hook tap out to the torture rack (12:03).

Bradley took out Pardua with the Boomstick, but Argento stole the pin on Pardua.  Bradley quickly leveled Argento with the Boomstick for a pinfall.  Legursky threw Bradley over the top rope to eliminate him.

#9 Lockjaw Drake

#10 Frank Stone

Legursky quickly eliminated Stone via big splash.

#11 "The Jaguar" Dante Casanova

#12 Charlie Adams

Casanova pinned Adams after a sliding lariat to the back of the head.  Casanova low-bridged Legursky to the apron and then knocked him to the floor (with some help from Lockjaw).  Stevens booted Casanova out of the match.  Stevens pinned Lockjaw after a swinging uranagi to win the gauntlet (24:40 aired)  "The Universal Heartthrob" Austin Idol did commentary.

-"Massive" Mike Mondo(w/ Aron Stevens) d. "Big Strong" Matthew Mims(w/ "The Church's Money" BLK Jeez) to win the Natioanl TItle.  Amidst the chaos of the managers at ringside, "The Pope" Elijah Burke entered the ring and took out Mims with an STO.  Mondo capitalized to hit the Gut Check(fireman's-carry double-knee gutbuster) to capture the title (9:35).  Austin Idol remained on commentary.

-In two weeks:  "The Maniacal King Of All Evil" Thom Latimer vs. "Thrillbilly" SIlas Mason for the Heavyweight Title.

-"Dirty" Dominik Misterio won a triple threat match with PENTA and "The Redeemer" Alexander Rusev to retain the Intercontinental Title; Dom brought the ring bell hammer into the match but PENTA got it away from him, then hit Rusev with it when Dominik ducked out of the way.  Dom capitalized by hitting the frog splash on Rusev for the pin.
