-Big Daddy Dion vs. 5* Jesse Jay in a British Rounds Match ended in a draw after three 3:00 rounds without a decision (9:00 total).
-Sidney J. Manson & "The Undeniable" Corey Andrews(w/ "The King Of Thrash" Justin Poole, John Berkley, & James Allen Marks) d. The Revolution(Quest Parker & Anthony "Worldwide" Lopes) when Manson pinned Quest after hitting him with a chain (8:34).
-"The Shooter" Jerry Morgan won a triple threat match with "The Midwest Bad Boy" P.T. Beckham and "The Ticking Time Bomb Of Asskickery" Marcellus Knyght) to win the Heavyweight Title.  "The P.O.D." Damion Cortess made a surprise appearance and took out Knyght with a chair, then put Morgan on top for the shocking title change (15:52).
-Dysfunction(Kyle Roberts & Preacher)(w/ Brandon Espinosa) won a triple threat match with The Great Heathen Army(Rynar The Hooligan & Ryxyr Wolfsbane)(w/ "The Modern Viking" Dir Kolthar) and The Executive Order(Dexter Roswell & Logan Ridge)(C) to win the Tag Team Titles when Preacher stole the pin on Ridge after Rynar's pump kick (11:42).
-"The Spanish Storm" Brice Cawvey d. "The King Of The Sky" Eagle Eye via spinning kick (5:30).
-"The Last Real Pro Wrestler" Shawn Valiant & Navi Kai fought "The King Of Thrash" Jusin Poole & John Berkley(w/ Sidney J. Manson, "The Undeniable" Corey Andrews, & James Allan Marks) to a double countout (19:11).
-Dysfunction(Brandon Espinosa, Tag Team Champion Kyle Roberts, & C.W. Graves)(w/ Preacher) d. The Dragon's Guild(Midwest Champion "The Dragonfly" Chris Exodus & "The One-Man Zoo" L-Ride) & "The Third-Generation Monster" Damien Blackwell(w/ Halo) to gain control of the company from promoter Allen Williams (Dysfunction would have had to leave IEW if they had lost); "The Irish Devil" Douglas O'Shea was the special guest referee.  Espinosa & Roberts blatantly took out O'Shea late in the match with a double superkick, which brought out Shawn Valiant to assist the fan favorites.  Preacher took out Valiant, but D.K. and his Great Heathen Army took out Preacher and literally dragged him away from ringside.  Exodus & L-Ride seemingly had the match won and another official ran to the ring to make the count, but referee Freddy Jack Funkhouser pulled that official out of the ring and attacked him!  Chaos ensued and Espinosa & Roberts took out L-Ride with a close-range superkick/running knee combo, allowing Espinosa to score the pin with Funkhouser making a fast three-count (16:36)!
