Saturday SICW Results From East Carondelet, IL

-Promoter Herb Simmons interviewed the special guests for the night: Barbara Goodish(widow of Bruiser Brody), Pat Matysik(widow of Larry Matysik), Cowboy Bob Orton, Rugged Ronnie Garvin, Johnny Mantell, and Killer Tim Brooks.
-Clayton Brooks d. "Your Canadian Hero" Sean Vincent after hitting him with brass knuckles (4:54).
-Gauntlet Match: Attila Khan(w/ Travis Cook) d. Chris Cade via camel clutch (1:23). Khan(w/ Cook) d. Richard Shaw(aka Richard Faith) after the inverted DDT (2:23, announced 4:32 total). Khan(w/ Cook) d. Moondog Rover with a nerve hold(which may have involved his trademark fork) (3:06, announced 8:54 total).
-King Christopher Hargas(w/ Travis Cook) d. Billy McNeil in a best-of-three-falls match. McNeil won the first fall with a middle-rope springboard Diamond Cutter (5:48). Hargas evened the score after the piledriver (14:00). McNeil went to the top rope to finish, but Hargas took him down in mid-air and locked on the Crippler Crossface to win the third fall (19:47).
-The announced guest list for the 6/29 show in Belleville: Baron Von Raschke, Road Warrior Animal, Tony Atlas, Cowboy Bob Orton, Sean Morley(aka Val Venis), and Tommy Dreamer.
-Gil Rogers d. "Volatile" Curtis Wylde(w/ Wyldefyre) by DQ when Rob Kowalski interfered (10:32).
-Guerrilla Warfare(The Big Texan & Waco) d. "Killer" Keith Smith & Keith Smith Jr. to retain the Multi-State Tag Team Titles. Smith got the figure-four leglock on Texan, but Waco broke up the hold with a loaded-mask diving headbutt; Waco put Texan on top of Smith for the pin after that (7:37).
-"The Ironman" Ken Kasa d. Flash Flanagan; Travis Cook came out to ringside and slipped his former protege a roll of coins, which Kasa used to knock out Flanagan for the cheap win (11:47). Kasa has officially rejoined the Travis Cook Organization.
-"The King Of Chaos" Ricky Cruz d. "Superstar" Steve Fender(w/ Travis Cook) via superkick to win the Classic Title (10:41); Ron Powers was the special guest referee. Afterwards, Powers threw Fender out of the ring and beat up Cook.
-"Night Train/Gorgeous/Great One" Gary Jackson won the Bruiser Brody/Larry Matysik Memorial Battle Royal. Eliminations: Trevor Blanchard by Sean Vincent, "The Son Of The South" Frankie D by Curtis Wylde(w/ Wyldefyre), "The Delivery Boy" Tony Chini by Onslaught, Kyle Blanchard by Gil Rogers, Onslaught by Vincent, Vincent by Wylde, Keith Smith Jr. by Waco, The Professionals(Shawn Santel & Mauler McDarby) by The Big Texan, Texan pulled over the top illegally by The Professionals, Waco eliminated himself to somersault-plancha onto Santel & McDarby, Keith Smith & Attila Khan eliminated each other, Rob Kowalski by Jackson & Rogers, Rogers by Wylde, and Wylde by Jackson with an outside assist from Barbara Goodish (8:52)!
