Mercedes Moné, "The Megasus" Megan Bayne, "The Problem" Marina Shafir, & The Triangle Of Madness("The Toxic Spider" Thekla, Julia Hart, & Skye Blue)(w/ "Superbad Girl" Penelope Ford-Sabian) d. Women's Champion "More Than A Woman" Kris Statlander, "TImeless" Toni Storm, Willow NIghtingale, Jamie Hayter, Mina Shirakawa, & Harley Cameron(w/ Queen Aminata) in a Blood & Guts Cage Match.  Order of entry:  Willow & Skye, Julia, Harley, Thekla, Hayter, Bayne, Statlander, Mercedes, Mina, Marina, and Toni.  Several wrestlers were shut out of the cage and the rulebreaking team focused its attack on Mina while forcing Toni to watch; this led to Toni surrendering to save Mina (14:45 for the "official" part of Blood & Guts, 46:09 total).

-Heavyweight Champion "Hangman" Adam Page d. Trios Champion "Powerhouse" Will Hobbs(non-title) in a falls-count-anywhere match; Page knocked Hobbs off the upper deck with his removed boot, causing Hobbs to fall into cases and electrical equipment on the floor.  Page came down the steps and covered for the three-count (14:09).  Samoa Joe & "The Wrestler" Katsuyori Shibata attacked Page when he made it back to the ring area; "The Mad King" Eddie Kingston & Hook made the save.

-Darby Allin, "Freshly Squeezed" Orange Cassidy, "The Messiah Of The Backbreaker" Roderick Strong, Kyle O'Reilly, & "The Sussex County Chicken" Mark Briscoe d. The Death Riders(Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, "The Bastard" Pac, "Red Death" Daniel Garcia, & "The Decoder" Wheeler Yuta in a Blood & Guts Cage Match.  Order of entry:  Darby & Yuta, Orange, Garcia, Strong(scheduled to be Briscoe but he had been attacked backstage), Claudio, O'Reilly, Moxley, Briscoe(who once again did not come out, seemingly written out of the match), and Pac.  Briscoe finally limped to the ring to join his team.  "War Ready" Gabe Kidd attacked Darby at ringside and dragged him away from the ring.  The fan favorites rallied and O'Reilly made Moxley tap out to the grapevine anklelock to score the win for his team (20:46 for the "official" part of Blood & Guts, 54:08 total).
