New manager Charlie Cash has a backstage meeting with his "Cash Vault" stable: New T.V. Champion Bobby Moore(sorry, spoiler), Young Lions' Champion C.B. Suave, & Tommy Penirelli. On the way out, Cash crosses paths with Jeff G. Bailey, Heavyweight Champion Shaun Tempers, & Se7en...so how will the Elite shake out with the new restrictions on stable size?
Geter d. Chris Spectra & Wade Adams in a handicap match; Geter swatted both men away and planted Adams with a belly-to-belly suplex before pinning both men. Bailey & Se7en watched the match from ringside and broke the news to Geter that the Elite would be Tempers, Se7en, & Jagged Edge...Geter grabbed Bailey, leading to a brief staredown with Se7en. Once Bailey was safely out of Geter's reach, he blew his top and yelled at Geter, vowing that Se7en would destroy him.
The Cash Vault(T.V. Champion Bobby Moore, Young Lions' Champion C.B. Suave, & Tommy Penirelli)(w/ Charlie Cash) d. B.J. Hancock, Joey Rhymer, & Supernatural(masked newcomer) when Penirelli pinned Rhymer after a fisherman buster.
Jeremy Vain & Slim J d. Heavyweight Champion Shaun Tempers & Se7en(w/ Jeff G. Bailey) when Vain pinned Tempers after the VDT. Vain earned the next title shot at Tempers with his win.
