SLA Special Comment

Honestly not much to say about the SLA show last weekend...they've established themselves as the area's strongest in-ring product in the past year. They've drawn really good crowds as well, something that's been a struggle for previous organizations in the Granite City venue.

Former LWA wrestler and ring announcer Paul Parker made his first wrestling appearance in a long time as a referee at the show.

The previously-announced lineup held up, though Darin Childs added himself to the Heavyweight Title match and two more matches were added.

Was expecting the Hooligans' match to be a slaughter but the new guys had a strong showing...cool for them. Tag team wrestling is good.

Felt bad for Bolt Brady as he was looking for a positive fan response; Arik Cannon just got so much more of a fan reaction despite technically being the heel.

Don't see anything local for this coming weekend...the rest of March looks like MMWA, SICW, IHW, and MECW for me.
