Emma Tayla vs. Summer Rae, Women's Title Tournament Semifinals: The winner faces Paige Knight in the finals to crown the first champion. Summer takes control with standard roughhouse tactics before hooking a short-arm scissors. Emma rolls her up out of nowhere for two but Summer stops her with a dropkick. Emma makes a comeback but Summer gets a sunset flip for two...blocked by Emma for two...Summer completes the sunset flip attempt for two...Emma re-reverses into a jackknife cradle for THREE?!? Wow...Summer doesn't take that well and attacks from behind, but Paige arrives to chase her off. Paige helps Emma to her feet...they'll face each other for the Women's Title in two weeks. A brief staredown ensues before Paige leaves to give Emma her spotlight...
General Manager Dusty Rhodes talks with Bayley Rose backstage...Bayley's totally enthused to be here. Enter Ric Flair and his daughter Charlotte...Dusty and Ric know each other well, of course. Bayley volunteers to be Charlotte's first opponent on next week's show...okay then.
Sami Zayn vs. Leo Kruger: Zayn saved NXT Champion Bo Dallas from an attack by Kruger last week, thus this bout. Maddox is confounded by the OLE~! chants and Phillips notes Zayn's knowledge of multiple languages, guessing that he probably knows some Spanish...bwahahaha. The fans do NOT count en espanol for the ten punches in the corner. In the meantime: YAY WRESTLING~! Leo stops a suicide dive with a forearm to the face...that's one way to do it.
Kruger starts working on the arm...the fans try a "Canada" chant but it doesn't have the same ring to it. Zayn tries to speed things up but runs into a major spinebuster...for two. Kruger follows up that by missing a forearm drop off the second rope...I sense El Big Comeback and so it is! Steamboat Press gets a near-fall...but then he runs into a knee out of the corner. Kruger throws him shoulder-first into the ringpost, then takes him down into a Fujiwara armbar...Zayn barely gets a foot on the bottom rope. Out of nowhere Zayn hits a Blue Thunder Bomb...for 2 1/2! Back to the third floor but Leo cuts him off...and hits the superplex! Kruger's up first and hits a single-arm DDT, then hook his GC3(London Dungeon) submission hold to finally get the tapout.
Backstage, Renee Young interviews S. William Regal, Corey Graves, & Adrian Neville. They've got a six-man tag against the Wyatt Family tonight and Graves/Neville challenge for the Tag Titles next week. Regal is as eloquent as ever.
Mason Ryan vs. Enzo Amore & Colin Cassady, handicap match: Ryan beat both guys in consecutive matches last week, so now it's two against one. Amore runs his mouth before the match; by his math, one plus one equals 3.14 so it's time for Ryan to eat some pi(e). Well played. Apparently this is tornado-style as Amore and Cassady are both in the ring at once...don't know if that'll make a difference. Ryan catches a cross-bodyblock by Amore but Cassady BOOTs Ryan and Amore falls on top for a surprise two-count. Ryan tries to overpower Cassady with a bodyslam, but Amore clips Ryan and Cassady lands on top for the pinfall! Guess handicap matches aren't the foregone conclusions they used to be...
Backstage, Dusty announces Zayn vs. Kruger vs. Cesaro for the next shot at Bo Dallas.
S. William Regal, Corey Graves, & Adrian Neville vs. Bray Wyatt & Tag Team Champions The Wyatt Family(Luke Harper & Erick Rowan): Wyatt enlightens us...follow the buzzards. Neville sticks and moves against the larger Rowan but has trouble knocking him off his feet...Regal tags in and just beats the big man down. Rowan overpowers Graves and tags in Harper, but Harper ends up in the wrong corner as well. Regal talks with the ref while back-kicking Harper, then Neville tags in for more of the same...heh.
Neville takes to the air against Harper but a cheapshot by Wyatt stops him in a hurry. With the momentum thus shifted, the Family dominates Neville until Bray misses an avalanche...Neville tries a crucifix but gets Samoan-Dropped by Wyatt for two. Harper gets a tag only to eat a jawbreaker...Adrian lunges for a tag but takes a modified spinebuster...for two. Nevilles knees out of a suplex attempt, then fights off Harper and Rowan until finally making the tag to Regal! Time for some VILLAINY~! Regal hits Harper with an exploder suplex, and then wails on Wyatt and Rowan before hitting the knee trembler on Harper! Rowan breaks up the pin attempt but Graves dives at him with a cross-body that sends both to the floor. Adrian nails the corkscrew somersault plancha on Rowan(taking out Graves in the process), but that leaves Regal in the ring as Harper makes the tag to Bray Wyatt. Wyatt takes advantage of the situation and drops the stunned Regal with the Sister Abigail...that's the ballgame.
Next week: Wyatt Family vs. Graves & Neville for the Tag Team Titles, Zayn vs. Kruger vs. Cesaro, Bo Dallas vs. Scott Dawson and Charlotte debuts against Bayley.
