Weekend wrestling

New Japan World Pro Wrestling Episode 4

-Commentators:  Mauro Ranallo & Josh Barnett.
-Flashback to June 2013:  IWGP Jr. Heayweight Champion Prince Devitt(w/ Karl Anderson, Bad Luck Fale, & Tama Tonga) d. Hiroshi Tanahashi; Fale knocked Tanahashi off the top rope, allowing Devitt to win with the Bloody Sunday(elevated DDT/brainbuster) (joined in progress; 3:19 aired).
-Flashback to June 2013:  Kazuchika Okada(w/ Gedo) d. Tougi Makabe with the Rainmaker(short-arm lariat) to retain the IWGP Heavyweight Title (25:04 aired).
-Okada and Gedo's post-match promo was interrupted by Devitt and his Bullet Club stablemates...Devitt challenged Okada, but Okada wanted Devitt to defend his belt against Gedo in return.

ROH TV

-Commentators:  Kevin Kelly & Steve Corino; Caprice Coleman did commentary for the tournament matches and Nigel McGuinness called the main event.
-Top Prospect Tournament:  Donovan Dijak d. Ashley Sixx after the Feast Your Eyes(torture rack dropped into a knee strike) (4:18).
-Top Prospect Tournament:  Will Ferrara d. "The Beer City Bruiser" Matt Winchester after the Eyes Wide Shut(low-altitude Codebreaker) (5:31).
-The Fish Tank:  Tag Team Champions reDRagon(Kyle O'Reilly & Bobby Fish) interviewed The Young Bucks(Matt & Nick Jackson) prior to their title match at the upcoming anniversary show.  O'Reilly went a bit too far in insulting the Bucks' families and ate stereo superkicks as a result.  The Bucks superkicked everyone in sight when security tried to restore order.
-Roderick Strong d. "God's Gift" Q.T. Marshall after the Sick Kick(flying boot) (1:03).  B.J. Whitmer(w/ Adam Page) threatened Strong after the match.
-Michael Bennett, Matt Taven, & Maria Kanellis-Bennett(w/ Adam Cole) d. The Briscoe Brothers(Heavyweight Champion Jay & Mark) & O.D.B.; Maria pinned O.D.B. after Bennett and Taven double-superkicked O.D.B. (10:15 aired).
-Next week:  Tommaso Ciampa vs. Jimmy Jacobs.

SICW Wrestling Explosion

-Commentators:  Herb Simmons & Drew Abbenhaus.
-"Night Train/Gorgeous/Great One" Gary Jackson & Big Jim Hoffarth(w/ Big Daddy) d. "The King Of Chaos" Ricky Cruz & "Ironman" Ken Kasa(w/ Travis Cook). There was tension on the rulebreakers' side from the get-go as Cruz took exception to Cook proclaiming Kasa to be the former and future Classic Champion. During the bout, Travis tried to throw powder in Jackson's eyes but accidentally blinded Cruz with it when Gary moved out of the way. That led to a huge argument between old rivals Cruz and Kasa, followed by Ricky walking out on his team. Kasa tried to keep Jackson from tagging out, but Hoffarth finally got the tag and overpowered Kasa. Gary tagged back into the match to get the tapout win via Texas Cloverleaf.
-Herb interviewed Travis Cook(w/ Attila Khan) about Khan's match with Red River Jack on February 21st...Travis insisted it was a "rematch" from January when Khan faced Ron Powers.
-"Wildchild" Curtis Wylde(w/ Wyldefyre) d. "The Don Mega" Shorty Biggs; Wyldefyre tripped Shorty behind the referee's back, leading to Wylde capitalizing with a small package pin.
-Next week:  Ron Powers vs. Attila Khan.
