NXT + LU

WWE NXT

-Commentators: Mauro Ranallo, Nigel McGuinness, & "Showtime" Percy Watson.
-General Manager S. William Regal presided over the contract signing with NXT Women's Champion Asuka Urai and Ember Moon. Amazingly, it didn't escalate beyond a war of words.
-The Street Profits(Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) d. Lars Sullivan & Chris Silvio; Dawkins hit the Skyhigh on Silvio and Ford finished with the frog splash (1:42). Sullivan destroyed Silvio outside the ring (since he'd promised Regal that he wouldn't hurt his partner IN the ring).
-Ruby Riot d. Billie Kay(w/ Peyton Royce) after the short-arm overhead kick (4:10).
-Roderick Strong d. Drew McIntyre by DQ when NXT Champion "The Glorious" Bobby Roode attacked Strong (9:02 aired). Roode took out McIntyre with the elevated DDT to close the show.

Lucha Underground Season 3 Episode 31

-Commentators:  Matt Striker & Vampiro.
-Backstage:  Catrina Perez interrupted "They Call Him A Machine" Brian Cage's workout, leading to a conversation about his gauntlet...
-Backstage in promoter Dario Cueto's office:  Dario met with Joey Ryan, who blew Cortez Castro's cover AGAIN by revealing he was under the mask as Veneno.  Dario booked Sexy Star vs. Veneno for next week's show in a mask-vs.-mask match.
-Cueto Cup Tournament:  Prince Puma d. Fenix with the 630 Splash after Fenix was distacted by Marty "The Moth" Martinez distracted him by creeping on ring announcer Melissa Santos (10:29).
-Backstage:  Mil Muertes' pre-match workout was interrupted by Cage laying him out with the gauntlet...however, Catrina revived him with her magic rock.
-Cueto Cup Tournament:  Pentagon Dark d. Mil Muertes(w/ Catrina Perez) after a double-stomp off the top rope (7:32).
-The show closed with Dario hosting a face-to-face interview with Heavyweight Champion Johnny Mundo and Rey Misterio Jr.  World Wide Underground(P.J. Black, Jack Evans, Taya Valkyrie, & Ricky Mandel) gang-attacked Rey along with Mundo, but Rey got some backup in the form of Dragon Azteca Jr., Willie Mack, & Sexy Star.  The brawl kept escalating as more wrestlers joined the fray:  Puma and Pentagon, Muertes and Cage, and Marty The Moth(w/ Mariposa) and Fenix.  Joey Ryan and Vinnie Massaro randomly joined the fight as The Rabbit Tribe(Paul London, Saltador, & Mala Suerte) watched from the office roof.  Killshot and Dante Fox brawled in the ring area as well...things closed out with Puma taking out a bunch of people on the floor with a 630 dive, then Rey hit the 619 on Mundo to close the show.
-Next week:  Mundo vs. Rey for the Heavyweight Title, Puma vs. Pentagon in the Cueto Cup Tournament final, and Sexy Star vs. Veneno in a mask-vs.-mask match.
