Saturday SICW Results From East Carondelet, IL

-"Your Canadian Hero" Sean Vincent d. "Flawless" Jake Law by countering an attempted fireman's-carry slam into a sunset flip for the pin (7:56).
-The Professionals(Shawn Santel & Mauler McDarby) d. Bobby D & Chris Cade; Santel pinned Cade after he and McDarby hit the Irish Melancholy(back suplex/second-rope elbowdrop combo) (8:02).
-"Ironman" Ken Kasa(w/ Travis Cook & King Christopher Hargas) d. Keith Smith Jr.; Cook distracted Smith on the top rope and Kasa countered the attempted aerial move with a knee to the head, scoring the pin after that (7:19).
-Attila Khan(w/ Travis Cook) d. Mecha Mercenary by forfeit; Mercenary was unable to appear due to a knee injury and Cook demanded that Khan be declared the winner by default.
-"Volatile" Curtis Wylde(w/ Wyldefyre & Rob Kowalski) d. Billy McNeil with the Wylde Ride(Flatliner) (6:52). Afterwards, Kowalski delivered two Vader Bombs to McNeil.
-Flash Flanagan d. "P.O.D." Damion Cortess(w/ Travis Cook) in a no-DQ match after a kendo stick shot to the head (1:47). Afterwards Classic Champion Ricky Cruz took out Cortess, leaving Cook alone with Flanagan; Cook tried to pay off Flash to leave him alone, but Flash pocketed the money and threw a fireball in his face!
-Guerrilla Warfare(The Big Texan & Waco) d. "Night Train" Gary Jackson & Sid Holland(subbing for Gil Rogers) to retain the Multi-State Tag Team Titles; Texan pinned Holland after he and Waco hit an inverted DDT/top-rope elbowdrop combo (11:23).
-"The King Of Chaos" Ricky Cruz d. King Christopher Hargas to retain the Classic Title after escaping the F-5 and delivering a DDT (9:21). Ken Kasa came out to hold Hargas back from a post-match attack, but it was a ploy so Attila Khan could nail Cruz from behind. It took Keith Smith Jr., Chris Cade, Gary Jackson, and Flash Flanagan and his kendo stick to get Khan off the champion. Once Cruz had regained his composure, he challenged Khan to a match at the August show and even said that he'd put the belt on the line if necessary. Promoter Herb Simmons made it so.
