-Reportedly Episode #391 had technical problems, so we're jumping ahead for the moment...
-Commentators: Bret Wolverton, Andrew Pendleton III, & John Johnson.
-Cody Hall(Scott's son) d. Mike Posey with the Razor's Edge. Afterwards, Posey challenged Steven Walters to a match at Hostile Environment and said he would leave Anarchy if he lost...but he wanted promoter Franklin Dove in the ring if he won.
-The Cash Vault(T.V. Champion Bobby Moore, Young Lions' Champion C.B. Suave, & Tommy Penirelli)(w/ Charlie Cash) d. The Movement(Najasism & The Vandal) & Dango Wynn; Moore pinned Wynn after stopping a second-rope move with the loaded elbowpad to the mush. The Washington Bullets(Jon & Trey Williams) attacked Najasism & Vandal after the match but The Movement duo fought them off...setting up a Texas Tornado tag match at Hostile Environment.
-Slim J d. Corey Hollis with the Roach Clip(inverted STF).
-Geter d. Heavyweight Champion Jeremy Vain by DQ; Jeff G. Bailey argued with the ref as Se7en made his way out, then Shaun Tempers blatantly hit Geter to cause the disqualification and ruin the big man's title shot. The Urban Assault Squad(Shadow Jackson & Nemesis) ran in to calm their stablemate down...then promoter Franklin Dove ordered an impromptu match.
-Brodie Ray Chase d. Shaun Tempers(w/ Jeff G. Bailey) after a questionable mule kick and the double-underhook DDT.
