-Heavyweight Champion Gerald James and manager Greg Jovi started the show, but referee Brandon Tolle interrupted to inform everyone that the rules WOULD be enforced in St. Louis Anarchy starting with this show.
-Jojo Bravo d. Danny Cannon with the Samurai Driver(cross-legged Ki-Krusher).
-Lethal Lottery: Brandon Espinosa & Angelus Layne d. Alex Castle & Thomas Shire when Espinosa pinned Shire after a jumping DDT.
-Lethal Lottery: Zakk Sawyers & Evan Gelistico d. Mason Cutter & Jake Parnell when Sawyers pinned Parnell after a fisherman buster.
-Lethal Lottery: Mat Fitchett & Christian Rose vs. Arik Cannon & Devin Cutter ended in controversy(and an apparent no-contest). Rose hit both opponents with blatant low blows and the referee seemed to call for a disqualification before leaving the ring. The wrestlers continued to fight and Fitchett hit a tilt-a-whirl DDT on Devin; Rose threw Fitchett aside and covered Cutter, making his own three-count. For some reason, the ring announcer announced Fitchett and Rose as the winners after that.
-Davey Vega d. Chris Hero by countering an attempted Death Blow(Rude Awakening setup into a roaring elbow to the back of the head) into a backslide for the flash pin. Hero talked up Vega after the match and said he deserved to be a champion.
-Darin Corbin d. A.C.H.; Corbin issued an impromptu challenge after having withdrawn from the Lethal Lottery tournament(declaring gambling to be a sin). The referee was bumped and both men hit each other at the same time, leading to Corbin falling on top for the pin. (Corbin may have had a foreign object in his hand; I couldn't tell from my vantage point.)
-Jake Dirden(surprise substitute for the absent Adam Raw) & Alexandre Rudolph fought Dan Walsh & Jordan Lacey to a no-contest when all four men brawled outside the ring.
-Kyle O'Reilly d. Jonathan Gresham via rollup.
-The Lethal Lottery finals started out as a four-way dance between Espinosa, Layne, Gelistico, and Sawyers. Gelistico attacked Sawyers during his entrance, still upset about Zakk upsetting him at the previous SLA show. Espinosa pinned Sawyers after the jumping DDT. Things broke down between Espinosa & Layne after Espy accidentally hit her while aiming for Evan; this led to Layne pinning Espy after a TKO. Gelistico went for the kill, showing no hestitation against his female opponent...but Angelus scored the suprise win after a running senton! Angelus Layne seemed to be the number-one contender...but Christian Rose ran in to level her with a Brogue Kick, then covered her as the referee made a three-count! Rose said that it seemed like you could just make your own rules in St. Louis Anarchy...and that brought out Mat Fitchett for an impromptu battle. Fitchett would go on to pin Rose after a cradle piledriver and he was declared the winner and top contender to the title!
-Gerald James(w/ Greg Jovi) d. Takaaki Watanabe in a best-of-three-falls match to retain the Heavyweight Title. James distracted the referee as Jovi snapped Watanabe's throat off the middle rope, leading to James scoring a cheap first pinfall. Watanabe rallied to even the score after a cradle back suplex. The ref was knocked down and Gary's Mom entered the ring for a cheapshot...on Gerald James, leading to Watanabe scoring a near-fall. In the end, Gerald got the deciding fall after a flying Flatliner off the second rope, retaining his title.
