Sunday NWL Results From St. Louis, MO

-"The Raging Bull" Maverick started the show, announcing that he wasn't cleared to wrestle due to a concussion suffered at the previous show (he defeated Dez Wellston to the advance to the St. Louis Title tournament semifinals, but was attacked by "The Bull City Boss" Cornell Douglass and Brother Castle afterwards).  He intended to forfeit his semifinal match in the tourney, but NWL President Major Baisden said that he didn't want to reward Douglass & Castle for their actions.  Therefore, the semifinal match would be postponed until April 8th and would be the first match on the card; the winner would move on to the tournament final at the end of the night.  This brought out Douglass & Castle, who weren't happy about the decision at all...Douglass even went so far as to ask Baisden whose "team" he was on.  Baisden didn't back down from Douglass and Douglass nearly took a swing at the president, but Maverick stopped him and was beaten down by Douglass & Castle.  The Blood Brothers(Davey Gibson & Mathew Grundy) finally hit the ring to run off Douglass & Castle.
-The Anti-Social Network(Tommy Flagg & August Marshall) d. The Soldiers(Dez Wellston & Neon Iverson) when Flagg pinned Wellston with a backslide and feet on the ropes (6:50).
-"Greatness" Marcellus Gaines(w/ Drew Gold) d. Jay Lutz after the Southpaw Shooter(knockout punch) (0:59).
-Skyler Beckett(w/ Buddy Shepherd) d. Adam Ryan via rollup after a distraction by Buddy (8:22).
-Kyle O'Reilly d. Davey Gibson(w/ Mathew Grundy) with the cross-armbreaker (23:56).
-Buddy Shepherd(w/ Skyler Beckett, who Buddy sent backstage) d. Brother Castle(w/ Cornell Douglass) by DQ when Douglass blatantly attacked Shepherd with his cane (7:30); Douglass and Castle beat down Shepherd after the bell.  Local radio host Tony Colombo was guest ring announcer.
-Christian Adonis d. "Takedown" Javy Torres with a rollup and handful of tights (6:21).  After the match, Skyler Beckett attempted to recruit Javy for the Buddy System (since Buddy was "taking a nap"), but Javy didn't give him a definite answer.
-I-70 Series:  Jack Foster d. Jet Royal(w/ Jax Royal) after IT'S THE BIG FOOT (2:36).  (Kansas City 4, St. Louis 3)
-St. Louis Title Tournament Semifinal:  "The Five-Star Phenom" Todd Letterman d. Mathew Grundy(w/ Davey Gibson) with the Endzone Spike (20:26).
