I went from the comedy show straight to the wrestling show...got there in time for the main event and Ben Simon filled me in on the rest of the proceedings. Attendance looked REALLY good, especially the floor seating...really glad to see that. Will catch up on things via YouTube on Wednesday.

-St. Louis Title Tournament Quarterfinal: "The Five-Star Phenom" Todd Letterman d. "Greatness" Marcellus Gaines(w/ Drew Gold) with the Endzone Spike(pumphandle Michinoku Driver) (6:36).
-"The Man Without Fear" Blaine Meeks d. "The Connoisseur" Niles Plonk after hitting a flying Comic Mischief(backcracker) off the second rope (7:39).
-Christian Adonis(w/ Carolina Grizelda Esmeralda Rodriguez) d. Cal Stark via rollup with feet on the ropes (10:33); it had been scheduled as a triple threat match, but Adonis claimed to have beaten down "Takedown" Javy Torres backstage and the match became a singles bout. Due to another failed attempt at interference on Carolina's part, Adonis fired her as his manager after the bout.
-Davey Gibson(w/ Matthew Grundy) d. "The Anarchist" Arik Cannon after a double-stomp off the top rope (13:52).
-"Super Soul" Coco Rumble was unable to compete in his scheduled St. Louis Title tournament match due to injuries suffered at the previous show (when he was powerbombed through a table by Emmett DuBois and Clayton Fox); through litigious means, DuBois took Rumble's spot in the tournament (since HE didn't lose in the tournament; Clayton Fox did).
-St. Louis Title Tournament Quarterfinal: Matthew Grundy(w/ Davey Gibson) d. "The Billion-Dollar Brother" Emmett DuBois(w/ Clayton Fox) after the flying knee strike (6:39).
-NWL President Major Baisden didn't have a PowerPoint tonight(aww...), but he did have a major announcement of the promotion's newest signing: Kyle O'Reilly!
-The Buddy System(Buddy Shepherd & Skyler Beckett) d. The Anti-Social Network(Tommy Flagg & August Marshall); Beckett pinned Marshall after he and Shepherd hit a Dudley Death Drop (8:47). The Underground(Adam Ryan & Jackie Lee Bosch) attacked Shepherd and Beckett afterwards.
-St. Louis Title Tournament Quarterfinal: "The Bull City Boss" Cornell Douglass(w/ Brother Kastle) d. "The Hanover Hooligan" Jay Lutz via heart punch (7:30).
-St. Louis Title Tournament Quarterfinal: Maverick d. Dez Wellston after the Sure Shot(Gory Bomb) (22:01). Douglass and Kastle attacked Maverick after the match, but The Blood Brothers and Jay Lutz ran them off.
-The St. Louis Title tournament semifinals on March 26th are Grundy vs. Letterman and Maverick vs. Douglass.
