Bruce Veach signed me up to host this event, which was a question-and-answer session with the voice of Wrestling At The Chase. Cowboy Bob Orton was in the house as well, though he wasn't an active participant. I openly joked about not knowing how Nathan got on the show and said "he must know somebody"...har har. With a couple of kids in the audience, I did my best to keep my set clean...which meant noticably censoring myself more than once. Long story short, I should have game-planned the set better than I did and it wasn't my best work. Of course, Nathan went on after me and was all "SO WHO WATCHES PORN?"...heh. It was a fun evening all around...the attendance wasn't the highest but the people who were there had a good time...they weren't necessarily there for comedy, which I suppose I could use as an excuse but Nathan was able to get them laughing far better than I could. (That's why he's won contests and all.) It was very cool to perform on a show with Larry, who lives in my hometown of Belleville (*cough*Bellevegas*cough*)...haven't had nearly enough lengthy conversations with him. I have a full weekend ahead and it continues with a comedy show in Carmi, Illinois tomorrow night...that's another long road trip for me. Woo.
