-Sami Zayn started the show by addressing last week's loss to Samoa Joe...he said he's holding his head high because he went to war with a tough opponent and took him to the limit.  He still wants to be a two-time NXT Champion and is looking forward to NXT Takeover Dallas...and that brought out General Manager S. William Regal.  Regal announced that Zayn would get a special opponent at Takeover and played a video message from that opponent:  Shinsuke Nakamura!
-The Hype Bros(Zack Ryder & Mojo Rawley) d. Angelo Dawkins & Kenneth Crawford when Ryder pinned Crawford after the Hype Ryder(Mojo pickup/Ryder second-rope Rough Ryder) (3:24).
-Emma Tayla(w/ Dana Brooke) d. Deonna Purrazzo with the Emma Lock(inverted STF) (3:50).
-Tommaso Ciampa d. Jesse Sorensen via bridging Fujiwara armbar (2:33).
-NXT Women's Champion Bayley Rose & Asuka Urai d. Nia Jax & Eva Marie when Bayley pinned Eva after the Belly-To-Bayley Hugplex (4:02).  After the match, Regal announced that Bayley would defend her title at Takeover against Asuka.
-Via satellite interview:  Austin Aries said he knew that NXT was the place to be, but Baron Corbin ruined his big debut appearance...and he'll deal with him at Takeover.
-Next week:  Asuka vs. Emma.
-American Alpha(Jason Jordan & Chad Gable) d. The Vaudevillains(Aiden English & Simon Gotch) to become top contenders to the NXT Tag Team Titles when Gable pinned English with the Grand Amplitude(Jordan belly-to-back throw into Gable bridging back suplex) (6:50 aired).
