-Samoa Joe d. Sami Zayn in a best-of-three-falls match to become the number-one contender to NXT Champion Finn Bálor. Joe won the first fall after the muscle buster (20:36 aired); Zayn won the second fall with the Koji Clutch (29:54 aired). Joe got the decisive victory with the Kokita Clutch as the referee stopped the match when Zayn lost consciousness (39:29 aired).
