-Backstage:  General Manager John Bradshaw Layfield strips Paige Knight of the NXT Women's Title since she also holds the WWE version these days.  A tournament will be held to determine the next champion.
-Alexander Rusev(w/ Lana Perry) d. Travis Tyler with the Accolade(camel clutch) (1:36).
-Backstage:  Devin Taylor interviews Adam Rose(w/ Rosebuds); he declares Donny Camacho to be a party pooper and boring.
-Sasha Banks & Charlotte Flair d. WWE Women's Champion Paige Knight & Emma Tayla when Charlotte pinned Paige after the low-altitude somersault Cutter(6:54).
-Tyson Kidd d. Mason Ryan after the Buff Blockbuster (3:19).  Renee Young interviewed Kidd after the match.
-Tyler Breeze d. Angelo Dawkins(w/ Percy Watson's glasses and new wardrobe) with the Beauty Shot(spinning heel kick) (2:01).
-Last week backstage:  Brodus Clay ambushed NXT Champion Adrian Neville after their match, leaving him laying with a few teeth knocked out.
-WWE Tag Team Champions Jimmy & Jey Uso & Sami Zayn d. NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension(Konnor O'Brian & Rick Viktor) & Corey Graves when Jey pinned Graves after the splash off the top rope (12:24).

WWE Smackdown

-Commentators:  Michael Cole & John Bradshaw Layfield.
-Antonio Cesaro(w/ Paul Heyman) d. Jack Swagger(w/ Zeb Colter) with the Neutralizer.  Afterwards, The Shield(U.S. Champion Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, & Seth Rollins) attacked Swagger and dropped him with the triple-team spike powerbomb.
-Tamina Snuka d. Natalya Neidhart after a superkick.
-Curtis Axel(w/ Ryback) d. Tag Team Champion Jey Uso(w/ Jimmy Uso) with the corkscrew snapmare driver.
-The Wyatt Family(Luke Harper & Erick Rowan)(w/ Bray Wyatt) d. The Brotherhood(Cody Rhodes & Goldust); Harper shoved Goldust into the ropes to knock Cody off the top turnbuckle, then finished off Goldust with the discus lariat.
-Santino Marella & Emma Tayla vs. Johnny Fandango & Layla El never started as The Shield members attacked Fandango on the entrance stage, then triple-team spike-powerbombed him off the stage and through a table.  They had been destroying heels all night long as they had been booked in another 3-on-11 handicap match for the main event...
-The Shield(U.S. Champion Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, & Seth Rollins) won a handicap match against Alberto Del Rio, Wade "Bad News" Barrett, Ryback, Titus O'Neil, & Damien Sandow.  Things broke down into a brawl and Barrett walked out on his partners; Alberto tried to follow suit but Reigns took him out with a Superman Punch.  Reigns got the win for his team with the spear on Sandow; O'Neil and Ryback got speared after the match and then Ryback took the triple-team spike powerbomb.
