-Keny G started the show by hyping his upcoming stroke benefit show at the Sports Academy on July 12th.
-Executive Director Mark Bland hyped the show but was interrupted by Jeremy Wyatt; Wyatt had his title shot but demanded that it be a no-disqualification bout. After Bland granted Wyatt's request, he was confronted by Ricky Cruz & Lucy Mendez as Ricky felt he deserved an opportunity as well. Bland put him in another match for the sake of "working his way up the ladder".
-Ricky Cruz(w/ Lucy Mendez) d. Jackal with the Cruz Control(swinging fisherman buster).
-Mark Sterling d. Mike Sydal with an Air Raid Crash after Sydal missed the Yoga Mat-Sault.
-Brandon Gallagher d. Dan Walsh by DQ. Gallagher tried to bring in the ring bell but the official took it away, giving Gallagher the opening to hit Walsh with a chair for a near-fall. The referee was knocked down and Gallagher hit a falling inverted DDT, but there was no one to count his pin attempt. Gallagher brought the chair back into the ring, but Walsh DDTed him on the chair...again, with no referee to count the fall. The ref recovered and Gallagher took a swing at Walsh with the chair, only for Walsh to get it away from him and hit him with it...but the referee saw this and disqualified Walsh.
-Steven Kennedy d. "Showtime" Bradley Charles; SBC controlled a lot of the match, but went for a lazy cover after an exploder suplex and Kennedy crucifixed him for the flash pin.
-MsChif d. Lucy Mendez after the Desecrator.
-Jake Parnell won a triple threat match with Billy McNeil and Danny Cannon by countout; Billy and Cannon were out on the floor and Parnell teased a dive onto both opponents before deciding to put on his Viking helmet in preparation...then hung himself up on the ropes in the process. However, the referee counted both McNeil and Cannon out of the ring, leaving Parnell as the unlikely winner.
-The Bumrush Brothers(Shorty Biggs & Outtkast) d. The Professionals(Mauler McDarby & Shawn Santel)(w/ Travis Cook) to retain the Tag Team Titles when Outtkast small-packaged McDarby.
-Jake Dirden d. Jeremy Wyatt in a no-DQ match to retain the Heavyweight Title. The match got out of control in a hurry as the two brawled outside the ring for several minutes. The two traded near-falls inside the ring until referee Michael Crase got knocked down by a Dirden big boot that was meant for Wyatt. Wyatt hit Dirden with his Lightning Spiral finisher and seemed to have Dirden pinned but there was no pin count; the other official Jay King ran in to count but Dirden kicked out of the delayed pin attempt. The frustrated challenger punched out King and tried to lay out Dirden with the title belt as he did in their previous match, but Dirden avoided the weapon and rolled up Wyatt...for no pin count as both refs were down. Wyatt was able to nail Dirden with the belt on the second try but both officials were still recovering. Wyatt brought a chair into the ring, but Dirden used the belt to his own advantage to knock out Wyatt as Crase made the pin count!
-After the bell, Wyatt snapped and attacked referee Crase. Jake Parnell ran in to help but was beaten down by Wyatt. Dan Walsh hit the ring as well and Wyatt backed off...for a moment, but he re-entered the ring to blindside Walsh. Dirden finally returned to the ring area to run off Wyatt...
