Saturday SICW Results From East Carondelet, IL + Other Show Results

-Joker d. Ax Allwardt by DQ when Ax didn't release a chokehold at the five-count (5:36).
-Flash Flanagan d. "Dirdey" Jake Dirden by blocking a rollup out of the corner and holding the ropes for illegal leverage (8:14).
-Daniel Eads d. Mallaki Matthews; Matthews hit a Beautiful Disaster kick, but when he went for it again, Eads intercepted the move with a mid-air Superman Punch for the win (7:17).
-"The Don Mega" Shorty Biggs fought Matt Cage to a ten-minute time-limit draw.  Cage declined any potential overtime...
-Big Jim Hoffarth fought Frankie "The Thumper" Wyatt to a double DQ when referee Jay King was caught in the middle as the two collided in mid-ring (4:18).
-"Night Train/Gorgeous/Great One" Gary Jackson d. Classic Champion "Ironman" Ken Kasa(w/ Travis Cook) by DQ; Cook blatantly interfered to break up Gary's Texas Cloverleaf and save the title for Kasa (12:16).  Kasa and Cook handcuffed Gary to the ropes and beat him down until Daniel Eads and Shorty Biggs ran them off.  Promoter Herb Simmons would later announce that Jackson would get a title rematch on May 17th, but Travis Cook would be handcuffed to former local wrestling manager Big Daddy!
-Heath Hatton d. "The Iceman" Howard Moritz with the LeBell Lock (9:16).
-The war of words escalated between Ron Powers and Ricky Cruz over who deserved a title shot; that led Travis Cook to propose a loser-leaves-town match between the two!  Ricky agreed on the grounds that he finally get his title shot if he wins...
-Ron Powers & "The Old School Warrior" Chaz Wesson d. Ricky Cruz & Bull Bronson when Powers rolled up Cruz (14:04).
