FCW TV

Your hosts are Matt Martlaro & S. William Regal.

Tito Colon vs. Calvin Raines:  Calvin is still riding the wave of his Grand Royale win from a few months back...for his part, Tito picked up a big win over Conor O'Brian recently.  A graphic on the screen mentions "breaking news" that Raines and Big E Langston won the Tag Team Titles from Seth Rollins & Richie Steamboat at a house show...wow, that's a surprise.  Tito goes aerial to start but Raines cuts off a leap from the second rope with a huge flying shoulderblock.  FIERY LATINO COMEBACK~! results in a snap neckbreaker(a la Carlito) for a two-count.  Raines blocks a backslide but gets caught in a jackknife cradle...for two.  Calvin powerslams him out of nowhere...for two.  Tito escapes a fireman's-carry somethingorother and gets a crucifix...for 2 1/2.  A near-ref bump gives Raines the opening to hit the Raines Of Fire(fireman's-carry spinebuster, a la OuTtKaSt's Lost Cause) for the hard-fought victory.

Hunico vs. Damien Sandow:  Both men are former Tag Champs and are looking to advance in the singles ranks.  Regal notes that Sandow was trained by Killer Kowalski and RIP ROGERS~!  Hunico quickly goes on offense, but Sandow counters an armdrag by simply stopping short to avoid the move, then getting an Oklahoma roll for a two-count.  A dive tease backfires on the luchador as Sandow yanks him off the apron into a rough landing.  Sandow controls with largely roughhouse tactics but Hunico keeps showing signs of life.  Sandow goes after the mask on a few occasions, leading Regal to note that it's a good tactic to throw a masked wrestler off his game since they'll want to keep the mask intact.  Hunico rallies as the match kicks into high gear, maneuvering into a rolling prawn cradle(OWEN~!) for the flash pin!  Sandow nails him from behind after the match, but Sandow's former partner Titus O'Neil hits the ring and Sandow bails.  However, Sandow re-enters to attack O'Neil from behind, dropping him with a legtrip Flatliner.

Donny Marlow & Big E Langston vs. Brodus Clay & Ricardo Rodriguez:  Interesting pairings here...haven't seen Ricardo in the ring too often(other than his one NXT match with Conor O'Brian).  Regal describes Ricardo's face as one he would "never get fed up with punching".  We get the Langston/Clay power battle right out of the gate.  Big E's flying shoulderblock doesn't even knock Clay off his feet...yikes.  Big E is able to pick up Clay but Brodus hangs onto the ropes to avoid the slam attempt.  Marlow tags into the match...hey, remember when these two were tag partners?  Remember when Donny teamed with Roman Leakee?  Me neither!  Oh wait, Martlaro just mentioned the Clay/Marlow team...spoke too soon.  Clay overpowers Marlow and tags in Ricardo, who promptly misses a goofy corkscrew moonsault off the middle rope and tags back out.  Langston gets the tag but a blind charge into the corner hits ringpost and the heels take control.  Clay applies a nervehold and tags in Ricardo to do the hold himself...which Big E fails to notice as he easily gets up and tags Donny.  HA!  Marlow gets Clay down with a rana and shows his power with a Samoan Drop but Rodriguez breaks up the pin.  RR sidesteps a Langston charge and he tumbles out of the ring...then Marlow gets occupied with Ricardo and Clay nails him from behind.  Clay follows up with an exploder suplex, then Ricardo tags himself into the match and covers for the pin.  Ricardo insists on announcing himself as the winner...Clay gives him a funny look and Ricardo hugs him in celebration...heh.

Divas' Champion A.J. Lee vs. Queen Aksana Raudoniene(w/ General Manager Maxine Perez), title vs. crown:  We're finally unifying the belt and crown...and it's notable who Maxine has chosen to support here.  Naomi(champ) and A.J.(queen) attempted to unify the belt and crown before but I believe that particular match ended in a double countout.  Aksana catches a corner boot and spins A.J. around onto the ropes before yanking her to the mat by the hair.  Aksana uses an around-the-ringpost bow-and-arrow hold and then a sideslam...for two.  Lithuanian Cloverleaf...wow, targeting the back, this is almost psychology!  Aksana takes too much time posturing and A.J. dumps her out of the ring...then follows her out with a plancha off the top onto Aksana AND Maxine!  A.J. throws Aksana back into the ring and re-enters with a missile dropkick...for two.  A.J. springboards off the middle rope into a flying DDT...that somehow only gets 2 1/2.  CATFIIIIIGHT~!  A.J. looks to finish but Maxine distracts her long enough for Aksana to capitalize with the Devo Drop(spinebuster, again targeting the back) to win the Divas' Title!

Bo Rotundo Gauntlet 5:  Okay, here are the rules:  Each match in the gauntlet has a two-minute time limit.  If Rotundo can't beat his opponent in that time, that person will become a ringside "lumberjack" for the remainder of the matchup.  Shouldn't that be "human cage member" per WWE's insistent terminology?  If Bo somehow wins, he gets a no-DQ Heavyweight Title shot at Lucky Cannon.  Got all that?  Me neither.

Bo Rotundo vs. Jacob Novak:  It's in a gauntlet match participant's best interest to win fast(especially with the added time factor in this particular contest).  Of course, that just makes the opponents in a gauntlet match look weak for LOSING fast.  Novak goes on offense but Bo hits the corner clothesline, bulldog, and spear to win in under a minute...see what I mean?  Notably, Bo gets the rest of the two-minute span to rest a bit...such mercy on the part of our esteemed GM.

Bo Rotundo vs. Jinder Mahal:  Rotundo again goes for the quick win, but Mahal does his best to stall him out and cut him off.  Mahal doesn't win but does last the time limit, so he remains at ringside...

Bo Rotundo vs. Bobby Dutch(w/ Jinder Mahal):  Bo desperately fights only to get caught in a sitout Bossman Slam(Dutch Clutch?).  However, Maxine orders him to leave the ring rather than go for the pin...random.  Let him win and Lucky doesn't have to defend his title.  Instead, I guess she just wants him to suffer...Dutch stays at ringside to be a lumberjack for the next segment...

Bo Rotundo vs. Brett DiBiase(w/ Jinder Mahal, Bobby Dutch, & General Manager Maxine Perez):  Rotundo hasn't got much left in the tank and DiBiase takes over completely.  Brett prefers to dish out punishment rather than go for the win...leading to our final competitor.

Heavyweight Champion Lucky Cannon(w/ Jinder Mahal, Bobby Dutch, Brett DiBiase, & General Manager Maxine Perez) vs. Bo Rotundo, non-title:  Lucky jaws with the fans and poses...only to get speared right out of the gate!  Bo can't capitalize...DiBiase runs in and gets speared as well!  Maxine enters the ring to check on Lucky...all Rotundo has to do is last the two minutes to earn his title shot!  Bo sets his sights on Maxine...that brings out Buck Dixon to defend his boss.  He takes a spear as well...Bo keeps his focus on Maxine...suddenly Husky Harris, Leo Kruger, Damien Sandow, and several other heels hit the ring for the DQ!  The face locker room empties and everyone brawls with everyone to close the show(as Lucky escapes with his belt)...

So long from the Sunshine State!
