FCW TV

Your hosts are Matt Martlaro & Byron Saxton...S. William Regal is not doing commentary as he'll be wrestling later...

After FCW went off the air last week: Dean Ambrose ranted backstage about getting close to the flame without getting burned...but then Regal jumps him! Ambrose jokes about whether that's as hard as Regal can hit as the locker room separates the two...then we flash-forward to a promo by Regal who respects Ambrose for stepping up to the plate. However, REGAL is interrupted by an attack from AMBROSE and the locker room has to intervene again.

Earlier today: General Manager Maxine Perez talked to the referees about the abuse they suffered last week. She even ordered Norman Smiley to keep Husky Harris and Richie Steamboat out of the building. Next, she meets with Heavyweight Champion Leo Kruger and says he's defending his title next week.

Tag Team Champion C.J. Parker vs. Antonio Cesaro: This will be our first look at Parker in singles competition on FCW TV...he's got a tall order ahead of him. C.J. gets in some early offense, but he misses a dropkick and Cesaro tosses him over the ropes for some ringside abuse. Cesaro pulls off a deadlift gutwrench suplex at one point. Parker gets a desperation sunset flip for a two-count and makes El Big Comeback, but can't quite pull off a springboard move and Cesaro powers him back into the ring. He follows up with the pop-up European uppercut and that's enough to give Cesaro his second win in a row on FCW TV.

Titus O'Neil & Percy Watson vs. Brad Maddox & Briley Pierce: Maddox hand-picks Pierce as his partner so he can learn from his past mistakes(since Maddox beat him twice last week). This is a last-minute deal, to the point that Pierce has to get up from his seat at the interview platform and join the action in his suit and tie. Brad graciously allows Briley to start the match...Briley's excited just to be wrestling again but doesn't fare too well against his tough opposition. He decides to shed some of his formal attire...nope, still not doing well, so Brad tags himself into the match to show him how it's done. As it turns out, Maddox doesn't do much better...Pierce practically begs for a tag and gets it, then asks for Titus to tag into the match. That doesn't seem wise(Byron concurs)...Pierce offers a handshake and Titus accepts, but he immediately powers him up into the Clash Of Titus. 1-2-3.

Abraham Washington vs. Erick Rowan: Rowan dominates the matchup right up until he throttles Washington on the mat...and Abe catches him in a modified triangle choke for the tapout?!? Didn't see THAT coming...neither did our esteemed commentators. Rowan's tag partner James Bronson quickly attacks Washington from behind and locks him in an inverted cross-armbreaker that Martlaro dubs the "Death Wish II". Referees arrive to restore order but the damage has been done.

S. William Regal vs. Dean Ambrose: Well, this should be fun. If Larry Zbyszko were on the headset, we'd hear something about the game of human chess right about now. We start with a feeling-out process...Regal backs Ambrose into the corner and discretely stomps him down while conversing with the official. Regal pummels Dean for a few minutes, but a quick snap of the arm puts him at a disadvantage. Regal rolls out to regroup and Dean climbs out to the ring apron to stomp him, but Regal sweeps the leg and Dean lands hard on the edge of the ring!

Now it's Regal's turn to inflict some pain on the arm, including some finger-bending. Regal elbows him in the face repeatedly while working a hammerlock...tremendous. Dean stays in the game, but Regal wraps his arm in the middle turnbuckle to dish out more damage! It takes the referee considerable effort to free Ambrose from his predicament, but as the referee attempts to fix the pad, Ambrose rakes the eyes and delivers a lariat with the good arm. Regal gets in a drop-toehold but Ambrose fights his way out of a potential Regal Stretch. Dean utilizes a headscissors on the mat, using his legs for offense since his arm is hurting. Regal counters out of the hold into another 'Stretch attempt but Dean crawls to the ropes and elbows Regal in the eye(OW).

This merely infuriates Regal and the match breaks down into an all-out fight...they fight out of the ring and this time Regal traps his arm between the steps and ringpost before kicking the steps into his arm! The official has to help Dean out of his predicament again...meanwhile, Regal calmly waits in the ring for Ambrose to rejoin the fight. Dean gets more of the same once he's back in the ring, including two straight exploder suplexes...for a two-count. Regal keeps trying for the pin and Dean keeps kicking out...Dean still manages to get up, so Regal kills him dead with the knee trembler and finally pins him. That match was just good clean fun...bwahahaha.

After the match, Dean gets back to his feet but rolls out of the ring before Regal can dish out more punishment...

Next week: Damien Sandow vs. Seth Rollins for the FCW 15 Title, plus Leo Kruger defends the Heavyweight Title and The Ascension will be in action. So long from the Sunshine State!
