TNA XPlosion
Your hosts are Jeremy Borash & Taz.
Women's Tag Team Champion Brooke Tessmacher vs. Madison Rayne: Given Rayne's "beauty pageant" motif, Taz notes that he once knew a "Miss Congeniality"...heh. (Lita, by the way.) Rayne tries to flirt with referee Earl Hebner but it's not working this time around...she even tries to cut a promo on Earl but he takes the microphone away. Brooke whips Rayne into a near-collosion with Hebner...then Brooke sends Rayne into Hebner's arms and Hebner actually plants a kiss on her! Earl certainly enjoys that, but Rayne takes the opportunity to roll up Brooke for the pin...that TOTALLY made sense.

Your hosts are Jack Korpela, Matt Striker, Josh Mathews, & Scott Stanford.
Justin Gabriel vs. Jinder Mahal: Jinder enlightens us in Punjabi(thanks Striker) before the match. Gabriel goes aerial in the early going, but he goes to the top rope and Mahal high-knees him to the floor. Jinder slows the pace to maintain control...but takes too much time and misses a kneedrop, then a high knee in the corner. Gabriel goes FLIPPY~!...he lands on his feet out of a missed springboard moonsault, then escapes the Sands Of Time v2.0 to hit an STO. That's enough setup for Gabriel to hit a long-distance Fall From Grace and pick up the win.
Yoshi Tatsu vs. Tyson Kidd: The feud from NXT now arrives on Superstars...YAY WRESTLING~! Never seen a floatover out of a neckbreaker before but Kidd does it here to attempt an early pin. Fine matchup, as you'd expect...whole lot of momentum shifts. Kidd manages to evade Yoshi's spinning heel kick off the top rope and hook the Sharpshooter...Yoshi just barely reaches the ropes to escape. Tatsu avoids an inside-out slingshot legdrop by Kidd, but whiffs on the big roundhouse kick and takes a jumping enzuigiri. Springboard elbowdrop is nearly blocked by raised knees but Kidd stops short and grabs the legs for another Sharpshooter attempt...he can't get both legs so he settles for a half-crab. However, Yoshi counters into a modified rollup from the mat...for two. Kidd blows his top and charges at Yoshi...right into the big roundhouse kick! That's the ballgame and Yoshi gets the hard-fought victory.
John Morrison vs. Drew McIntyre: Plenty of history between these two, including battles over the Intercontinental Title...both are also former Tag Team Champions. Neither guy can keep a sustained advantage in the early going, but Drew hides under the ring and baits Morrison into going after him...a timely yank of the arm sends Morrison hard into the metal ring frame. Back in the ring, Morrison maneuvers into a modified Flying Chuck and McIntyre has to roll back out to regroup. Morrison tries to slide between Drew's legs at one point but Drew blocks it and stomps his face into the mat...ow.
A well-timed pseudo-Pele Kick gives Morrison an advantage and he hits hits the Moonlight Drive...for two. Starship Pain is attempted but Drew rolls out AGAIN and Morrison lands on his feet...so Morrison launches a huge running corkscrew plancha over the turnbuckles and ringpost! Back into the ring, Morrison drops him with the Bedazzled Knee...but Drew gets a foot on the bottom rope. Drew ducks through the ropes to get separation, then takes advantage of the ref's positioning to BOOT Morrison down...for two. Morrison's tilt-a-whirl DDT is blocked and McIntyre hits a Skyhigh...for two. Cover again...for two. Short-arm clothesline is ducked and Morrison hits the C-4(backflip uranagi)...for two! They fight on the apron...but a Morrison kick is ducked and he accidentally kicks the ringpost(OW). Drew's powerbomb is escaped but Morrison's knee gives out on the landing...McIntyre kicks out the bad knee, hits the Future Shock, and FINALLY ends his long losing streak!
