2015 Result Compilation: PWCS

Saturday 1/10 in Granite City, IL:
-The Hooligans(Devin & Mason Cutter) d. Mad Dog McDowell & Barackus; Mason hit McDowell with a flying Stone Cold Stunner off the second rope and Devin got the pin after a lariat (9:00).
-"The Madman" Paco Gonzalez d. "The New Hotness" Danny Adams after an exploder suplex (9:08). After the match, "The Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs made a surprise appearance and speared both men! Greg Jovi gloated that he had made a last-minute acquisition for the Ego Busters prior to their championship matchup...
-Steven Kennedy d. Dangerous Deveroux with the Assassination(spinning sitout Pedigree) (7:30), retaining his status as captain of the Resurgence stable. Kennedy vowed to turn his career around in 2015 and challenged Gary Jay to face him at the first show of Season 2 on March 14th.
-"Walking Reality" Dan Walsh(w/ Greg Jovi) d. Colt "Boom Boom" Cabana; Cabana had Walsh in the Billy Goat's Curse(inverted Boston crab), but Jovi distracted the referee and Jeremy Wyatt ran in to hit Cabana with brass knuckles. After that, Walsh countered Cabana's hold with an O'Connor Roll for the cheap pinfall (13:14).
-"The Daywalker" Alex Castle won a six-way match with "The Alternative" Ozzie Gallagher, Steve O. Reno, Chuey Martinez, Justin D'Air(formerly Sir Isaac), and Jeff Gant; several wrestlers hit dives out of the ring, but Castle cut off Gant's attempt with a huge clothesline and pinned him (5:49).
-The Kobra Kai Dojo(Davey Vega & Mat Fitchett) d. The Viking War Party("American Viking" Alexandre Rudolph & "The Littlest Viking" Jake Parnell) in a match held under St. Louis Anarchy rules(no-DQ). Fitchette took a ridiculous amount of punishment as Rudolph military-pressed him and threw him into the wall...later, Rudolph delivered a chokeslam off the second rope to drive Fitchett through two set-up chairs(and Fitchett's head hit a light fixture on the ceiling in mid-air!). Despite the damage dished out to Vega and Fitchett, Vega was able to pin Parnell after a brainbuster onto the knee with Fitchett adding a head kick in mid-move(similar to Chasing The Dragon) (21:22).
-"The Hoss Of The Highway" J.D. Riggs d. "Superior" Adam Rich with a Vader Bomb (3:51).
-The Blacklist(Makaze, Outtkast, Jojo Bravo, & Nate Redwing) d. The Ego Busters("The Zombie Princess" Jimmy Jacobs, "The Rebel" Jeremy Wyatt, "The Elitist" Brandon Espinosa, & Hype Gotti)(w/ Greg Jovi) in an elimination tag match to become the first PWCS Team Champions. Eliminations: Redwing pinned Gotti with a rewind powerslam (10:44). Wyatt pinned Redwing after the Lightning Spiral (10:58). Jacobs pinned Outtkast after a spear (16:10). Jacobs pinned Makaze after the spear (16:29). Dan Walsh tried to interfere with a chair but Colt Cabana ran him off, leading to Jojo rolling up Espinosa for a pinfall (22:23). The Ego Busters put the chair to good use but couldn't keep Bravo down...then Bravo got a flash pin on Wyatt with a victory roll (23:36). Jacobs hit Jojo with some of his best shots, including the spear, but still couldn't finish him off...Jojo finally rallied and defeated Jacobs cleanly with the Samurai Driver(cross-legged Ki-Krusher) to win the match for The Blacklist (28:07)!

Saturday 3/14 in Granite City, IL:
-The show started with members of The Blacklist(Makaze & Jojo Bravo) addressing the fans about their Season One championship. The Ego Busters(Gary Jay, Dan Walsh, Brandon Espinosa, & Danny Adams, led by Greg Jovi) came out to vow that they would be the winners of Seasons Two...they threatened to gang up on Makaze and Bravo until The Viking War Party arrived to even the odds.
-The Submission Squad(Evan Gelistico & Pierre Abernathy)(Team Anarchy) d. The Viking War Party("American Viking" Alexandre Rudolph & "Littlest Viking" Jake Parnell)(Blacklist) when Gelistico rolled up Rudolph (17:22). Afterwards, Davey Vega & Mat Fitchett(now members of The Resurgence) brought out a clipboard with a contract to face Gelistico & Abernathy at the next show...a challenge that Pierre declined in short order. Alex Castle hit Vega and Fitchett with a double low blow, but the other members of The Resurgence(Steven Kennedy & Jake Dirden) ran off Team Anarchy before they could do more damage.
-Justin D'Air d. "The Alternative" Ozzie Gallagher via frog splash (11:39).
-"Walking Reality" Dan Walsh & Brandon Espinosa(w/ Greg Jovi)(Ego Busters) d. The Kobra Kai Dojo(Davey Vega & Mat Fitchett)(Resurgence); Pierre broke the contract clipboard over Vega's head behind the referee's back, allowing Walsh to score the pin (8:52). Pierre accepted Vega's challenge with that action.
-Makaze(Blacklist) d. "The Daywalker" Alex Castle(Team Anarchy) with the blizzard suplex (7:14).
-Steven Kennedy(Resurgence) fought Gary Jay(w/ Greg Jovi)(Ego Busters) to a double countout; Kennedy delivered the Assassination(double-underhook sitout faceplant) onto the ring apron and neither man was able to beat the ten-count (about ten minutes). After the match, K.C. Karrington made a shocking return by kicking his former tag team partner in the groin and dropping him with a piledriver, then bashing him with a steel chair! K.C. revealed that he was the new owner of Team Anarchy and was renaming it "Chaos Nation".
-"Superior" Adam Rich d. Jonah Turk after a hanging DDT (3:22); Turk answered an open challenge in the absence of J.D. Riggs.
-"Dirdey" Jake Dirden(Resurgence) d. "The Blue Chip" Danny Adams(w/ Greg Jovi)(Ego Busters) by throttling him to the mat with a variation of the Asiatic Spike for the pinfall (11:17).
-K.C. Karrington(Team Anarchy/Chaos Nation) d. Jojo Bravo(Blacklist); Karrington tried to bring the championship trophy into the ring but the referee moved it out of the way. As that was happening, K.C. punted Bravo in the groin and finished him with the piledriver (11:09).

Saturday 5/9 in Granite City, IL:
-Mike Outlaw(Blacklist) d. "The Elitist" Brandon Espinosa(w/ Greg Jovi)(Ego Busters) after the High Noon(top-rope elbowdrop) (7:17). (Blacklist 2-2, Ego Busters 1-2-1)
-"Superior" Adam Rich d. Tank Engine Tommy with a DDT (2:47).
-K.C. Karrington(w/ The Blacklist's Season One trophy still in his possession) announced that he had cut Alex Castle from Chaos Nation and introduced Adam Raw as his replacement...
-"Dirdey" Jake Dirden(Resurgence) d. Adam Raw(Chaos Nation) after wearing him down with the Asiatic Spike, then finishing with the chokeslam (6:04). (Resurgence 2-1-1, Chaos Nation 2-2). They shook hands after the match, but Raw clipped Dirden's knee before leaving the ring.
-Steve O. Reno d. Jeff Gant after a giant swing (11:28).
-Jojo Bravo & The Viking War Party("American Viking" Alexandre Rudolph & "Littlest Viking" Jake Parnell)(Blacklist) d. "The Blue Chipper" Danny Adams & Roscoe Eat Lisa("The Big Mustache On Campus" Mikey McFinnegan & "Zesty" Zakk Sawyers)(w/ Greg Jovi)(Ego Busters); Parnell pinned Sawyers after Rudolph delivered a powerbomb, then held Sawyers for a double-stomp off the top rope by Parnell (17:13). (Blacklist 3-2, Ego Busters 1-3-1) Adams read his partners the riot act for losing and slapped Sawyers, leading to McFinnegan and Sawyers laying out Adams with a second-rope double-stomp/backcracker combo.
-The Submission Squad(Evan Gelistico & PIerre Abernathy)(Chaos Nation) d. The Kobra Kai Dojo(Davey Vega & Mat Fitchett)(Resurgence) by DQ. Pierre brought in a chair against Vega, but threw it to Vega and fell down in time for the referee to turn around and catch Vega with the weapon (15:19). (Chaos Nation 3-2, Resurgence 2-2-1) After the match, Karrington ran into the ring and piledrove Vega.
-Gary Jay(w/ Greg Jovi)(Ego Busters) d. Outtkast(Blacklist) with the Michinoku Driver (7:16). (Ego Busters 2-3-1, Blacklist 3-3) Afterwards, Jovi called Makaze and Steven Kennedy to the ring and wanted to form a temporary alliance against K.C. Karrington and his Chaos Nation. Jovi's mindset was that a season championship was meaningless next to the livelihood of the promotion that he created...Kennedy hesitatingly agreed, warning Jovi not to cross him. Makaze wasn't quite as sure; the normally-silent masked man told Jovi that he would have to earn his faith.
-A.C.H. d. Curt Stallion with a straitjacket Hero's Grip(German Suplex) (20:36).
-Steven Kennedy(Resurgence) d. K.C. Karrington(Chaos Nation) after a moonsault (9:38). (Resurgence 3-2-1, Chaos Nation 3-3) Karrington attacked Kennedy after the match with a kick to the groin and piledriver...then saw that The Blacklist members in attendance had reclaimed their championship trophy. Karrington threatened to piledrive Kennedy again if they didn't return the trophy to him...then piledrove Kennedy anyway, causing most of the locker room to storm the ring and run him off. Jovi got the trophy and graciously handed it to Makaze, seemingly earning his respect as the two shook hands after that act.

Saturday 8/1 in Granite City, IL:
-Austin Blackburn d. Curt Stallion after a Twist Of Fate (5:54). After the match, K.C. Karrington cornered Blackburn and asked him if he wanted to support his Chaos Nation for the night...though it came off as more of a demand than a request.
-The show officially began with a ten-bell salute for Rowdy Roddy Piper.
-Steven Kennedy & "Dirdey" Jake Dirden(Resurgence) d. Makaze & Nate Redwing(Blacklist) when Kennedy pinned Redwing after a moonsault (10:47). (Resurgence 4-2-1, Blacklist 3-4)
-Mike Outlaw(Blacklist) d. Mat Fitchett(Resurgence) after Evan Gelistico & Pierre Abernathy distracted Fitchett by yelling at him with a megaphone, leading to Outlaw getting the rollup pin (15:15). (Blacklist 4-4, Resurgence 4-3-1)
-Gary Jay(w/ Greg Jovi)(Ego Busters) d. Austin Blackburn(w/ K.C. Karrington)(Chaos Nation) with the Michinoku Driver (8:19). (Ego Busters 3-3-1, Chaos Nation 3-4). Gary shook Blackburn's hand after the match, but K.C. was upset about his recruit's failure and kicked him in the groin before leaving the ring.
-A.C.H. d. "The Blue Chip" Danny Adams after a brainbuster (16:11).
-Mat Fitchett(subbing for "The Big Mustache On Campus" Mikey McFinnegan) & "Zesty" Zakk Sawyers(w/ Greg Jovi)(Ego Busters) d. The Submission Squad(Evan Gelistico & Pierre Abernathy)(Chaos Nation); Steven Kennedy brought out Fitchett to volunteer his services as Sawyers' tag team partner. The Eddy Guerrero chair trick didn't work this time, but as the referee was attempting to restore order, Fitchett knocked out Gelistico with a coconut and got the pin (11:42). (Ego Busters 4-3-1, Chaos Nation 3-5)
-Jojo Bravo(Blacklist) d. Davey Vega(Resurgence) via Oklahoma roll (13:11) (Blacklist 5-4, Resurgence 4-4-1).
-"The Fittest Wrestler On Earth" Mark Sterling & "Superior" Adam Rich d. Jeff Gant & Tank Engine Tommy when Sterling blocked Gant's sunset flip and held the ropes for the cheap win (7:18).
-K.C. Karrington(Chaos Nation) d. "The Rebel" Jeremy Wyatt(w/ Greg Jovi)(Ego Busters) by countout when the fight spilled out of the ring and Karrington ran Wyatt into the ringpost, then beat the ten-count back into the ring (11:45). (Chaos Nation 4-5, Ego Busters 4-4-1) K.C. decked the referee and zip-tied Wyatt's hands together after the match...Greg Jovi tried to stop Karrington himself, but Kennedy and Makaze hit the ring to back him up. However, Jovi double-crossed them by delivering a double low blow from behind...Wyatt and Karrington fought all the way out of the ringside area. Makaze and Kennedy argued about their decision to trust Jovi, leading to a near-fight that stablemates Redwing and Vega had to break up.

-Pierre Abernathy(Chaos Nation) & Danny Adams(Ego Busters)(w/ Greg Jovi) d. Jake Dirden(Resurgence) & Mike Outlaw(Blacklist).  (Chaos Nation 5-5, Ego Busters 5-4-1, Resurgence 4-5-1, Blacklist 5-5)
-Austin Blackburn(Blacklist) d. Everett Connors(Ego Busters)(w/ Greg Jovi).  (Blacklist 6-5, Ego Busters 5-5-1)
-Davey Vega(Resurgence) d. Evan Gelistico(Chaos Nation).  (Resurgence 5-5-1, Chaos Nation 5-6)
-Mark Sterling(w/ Adam Rich) won a triple threat match with Mikey McFinnegan and Billy McNeil when Rich turned over McNeil's small package behind the referee's back, allowing Sterling to get the three-count.
-Mat Fitchett(Resurgence) d. Zakk Sawyers(Ego Busters)(w/ Greg Jovi) in an Anarchy Rules Match after the second cradle piledriver of the match.  (Resurgence 6-5-1, Ego Busters 5-6-1)
-Adam Caster(Chaos Nation) d. Nate Redwing(Blacklist).  (Chaos Nation 6-6, Blacklist 6-6)
-K.C. Karrington(Chaos Nation) won a four-corner match with Makaze(Blacklist), Jeremy Wyatt(Ego Busters)(w/ Greg Jovi), and Steven Kennedy(Resurgence).
-Ending scoreboard: Chaos Nation 7-6, Resurgence 6-6-1, Blacklist 6-7, Ego Busters 5-7-1.

Sunday 12/6 in Alton, IL:
-Christian Rose d. Paco Gonzalez with the No-Leaf Clover(Liontamer-style Boston crab) (11:19).
-The Viking War Party("American Viking" Alexandre Rudolph & "Littlest Viking" Jake Parnell) d. The Troy Athletic Club("Freestyle Phenom" Jay Howard & "Strangler" Roy Lewis)(w/ "The Natural" J.A. Fair); Parnell pinned Lewis after Rudolph and Parnell hit a powerbomb/top-rope double-stomp combo (11:05).
-Pierre Abernathy d. Kikutaro after a slow-motion sequence, a sleeper by Abernathy that led to Pierre trying to pin Kikutaro under a bedsheet and pillow, and a series of low blows in which even the referee fell victim. Kikutaro nearly powered out of another sleeper attempt, but instead tapped out (11:22).
-Colt "Boom Boom" Cabana d. "The Rebel" Jeremy Wyatt with a folding press (15:48).
-Mike Outlaw(w/ Makaze) d. "The Millenial" Danny Adams(w/ Greg Jovi) after the mafia kick (9:37). Makaze would have had to unmask if Adams won, but instead he got Jovi in the ring...which commenced after he dragged Jovi around ringside and forced him to apologize to the fans for his actions.
-Makaze d. Greg Jovi with the Kyouhen(Sharpshooter) (0:15).
-Gerald James d. "Zesty" Zakk Sawyers in a best-of-three-falls match to retain the St. Louis Anarchy Heavyweight Title. Sawyers rushed James before the opening bell, scoring a surprisingly quick pinfall after a running boot to the face (0:14). Zakk delivered a Diamond Cutter, but Gerald reversed the pinfall attempt into a crucifix on the mat to even the score (6:51). Zakk survived James' best offense, including the Michinoku Driver, but James delivered a series of elbowsmashes with no defense from Sawyers until the referee called it a knockout victory for the champion (12:38).
-Grado d. Everett Connors(w/ Evan Gelistico, Danny Adams, & Austin Blackburn) after an F-5 (10:42).
-The Resurgence(Steven Kennedy, "Dirdey" Jake Dirden, Davey Vega, & Mat Fitchett) d. Chaos Nation(K.C. Karrington, Adam Caster, Evan Gelistico, & Pierre Abernathy) in an elimination tag match to become the 2015 Season Champions. Eliminations: Karrington was disqualified for blatantly hitting Kennedy with a chair (11:23). Karrington delivered two piledrivers before leaving the ring, causing the referee to declare Kennedy eliminated due to injury (12:28). Dirden pinned Caster after a chokeslam (17:36). Pierre delivered a low blow to Dirden behind the referee's back and Gelistico knocked him out with his megaphone for a cheap pin (18:01). That left the current and former members of Team Anarchy/Chaos Nation to battle it out and the sides fought all over the building; Fitchett pinned Pierre after he and Vega hit stereo close-range superkicks (22:29). Gelistico nearly stole an elimination in his one-on-two situation, but Fitchett scored the final fall after a Tombstone/head kick combo with Vega (25:30)!
