Friday SLA Results From Alton, IL + Other Show Results

-Jojo Bravo d. Sammy Guevara with a modified backslide pin (9:33).
-Angelus Layne made her return to St. Louis Anarchy and declared her goal of winning the championship.  She was confronted by the members of The Cause as Evan Gelistico officially answered the open challenge for Mat Fitchett's Heavyweight Title later in the night.
-Kevin Lee Davidson d. "The Outlaw" Ken Phoenix after the spinebuster (6:25).
-Heavyweight Champion Mat Fitchett declared that his title defenses would all have decisive winners:  No countouts, no DQs, and no time limits.
-Paco Gonzalez, Mike Outlaw, Nick Cutler, & Jason Roberts d. The Cause(Tag Team Champion Evan Gelistico, Danny Adams, Everett Connors, & Austin Blackburn) when Paco pinned Blackburn after the Death Valley Driver (10:40).  Paco said that he wanted a title shot at Fitchett, but he was gang-attacked by The Cause until Jojo Bravo made the save.  That set up Jojo & Paco challenging two members of The Cause on tomorrow night's show.
-Tag Team Title Contenders Tournament:  Roscoe Eat Lisa("Zesty" Zakk Sawyers & "The Big Mustache On Campus" Mikey McFinnegan) d. The Viking War Party("American Viking" Alexandre Rudolph & "Littlest Viking" Jake Parnell) when McFinnegan pinned Parnell after an assisted Air Raid Crash with Sawyers (12:40).
-"The Leader Of The Pack" Stephen Wolf d. "The Lone Star" Curt Stallion via Blue Thunder Bomb (8:38).
-Gerald James(w/ Dorian Victor) d. Jonathan Gresham after a sliding forearm smash (12:18).
-Ricky Starks d. Alex Castle after a ropewalk DDT (9:26).
-Tag Team Title Contenders Tournament:  The Hooligans(Devin & Mason Cutter) d. Team I.O.U.("The Down-South Dandy" Nick Iggy & "The Music City Mutt" Kerry Awful) when Devin pinned Awful with a sunset flip off the second rope (11:31).
-Mat Fitchett d. Evan Gelistico to retain the Heavyweight Title.  The other Cause members interfered when Fitchett had the win after a piledriver, leading to referee Brandon Tolle ejecting them from ringside.  That led to Austin Blackburn entering in a referee's shirt to call things in Gelistico's favor...Gelistico decked Fitchett with The Rulebook, but Angelus Layne pulled Blackburn out of the ring before he could count the fall.  Gelistico brought a chair into the ring, but it backfired as Fitchett delivered a cradle piledriver on the chair and Tolle returned to make the three-count (15:42).
-T.J. Perkins d. Davey Vega with a modified heel hook (16:14), earning a title shot at Mat Fitchett on tomorrow night's show.
