Saturday SLA Results From Alton, IL

-Team I.O.U.("The Down-South Dandy" Nick Iggy & "The Music City Mutt" Kerry Awful) d. Nick Cutler & "The Outlaw" Ken Phoenix when Awful made Cutler tap out to a Boston crab (8:29).
-"The Littlest Viking" Jake Parnell d. Danny Adams(w/ Tag Team Champion Evan Gelistico) in an "Anarchy Rules"(hardcore) match after a double-stomp off the second rope with Adams' head wedged in a set-up chair (12:41).
-Tag Team Title Contenders Tournament:  Roscoe Eat Lisa("Zesty" Zakk Sawyers & "The Big Mustache On Campus" Mikey McFinnegan) d. The Hooligans(Devin & Mason Cutter); McFinnegan pinned Devin after a spike Air Raid Crash with Sawyers (12:48).
-Everett Connors(w/ Tag Team Champion Evan Gelistico) d. Angelus Layne by DQ when Layne hit Connors with the Rulebook in front of Cause official Austin Blackburn (8:04).  Angelus decked Blackburn with the book after the bell.
-Jonathan Gresham d. Davey Vega with an octopus hold (24:57).
-Mike Outlaw won a four-corner match with Ricky Starks, "The Lone Star" Curt Stallion, and Jason Roberts when pinned Roberts after the High Noon(top-rope elbowdrop) (5:48); Starks was sidetracked from the match by a phone call from someone named Vince...
-Gerald James(w/ Dorian Victor) d. "American Viking" Alexandre Rudolph after the sliding forearm smash (8:12).
-Tag Team Champion Evan Gelistico & Austin Blackburn(w/ Danny Adams) d. Jojo Bravo & Paco Gonzalez.  The referee missed Gelistico stunning Bravo with a low blow, then Paco accidentally superkicked Jojo leading to Blackburn getting the rollup pin (12:59).  Frustrated with his recent slump and yet another accident going against him, Jojo blindsided Paco as they left the ring and dropped him with the Samurai Driver(cross-legged fisherman driver).
-Ring announcer Greg Jovi called out Mike Outlaw and offered him a spot as his newest protege...but Outlaw turned him down and Jovi blew his top, vowing to bring carnage to St. Louis Anarchy at Circus Maximus in August.
-Mat Fitchett d. T.J. Perkins with the cradle piledriver to retain the Heavyweight Title (19:53).  Afterwards, Fitchett said there was a target on his back and that he hadn't forgotten about Chris Hero's title aspirations...so he told the Knockout Artist that he welcomed the challenge!
