NWA Anarchy TV #281

Your hosts are Tim E.D. and John Johnson.

Skirra Corvus vs. Bo Newsom:  Corvus is a face by process of elimination...don't see Enoch Tsarion at ringside so that would seem to be a confirmation.  Corvus blitzes Newsom with his unique offense, but Bo blocks a re-entry sunset flip to hit an Air Raid Crash...that'll slow him down.  A reversal sequence ends in Newsom's Beelzebomb(tigerdriver)...for 2 1/2.  Bo sets up for...a tigerdriver off the top?  Skirra fights out of the predicament and delivers a top-rope Frankensteiner, leaving both men down!  El Big Comeback ensues for The Watcher and he Matrixes to avoid a cross-body off the second rope, but a jump off the top rope ends in an inverted atomic drop!  Bo wraps him up with a small package and that keeps him down for the three-count...he's the master of the small package, you know!

Brodie Ray Chase vs. Shaun Tempers(w/ Bo Newsom) for the T.V. Title:  Tempers says that soon EVERYONE will be talking about Bo's small package...har har.  The bell rings...and Chase small-packages him for the three-count?!?  Tempers protests and wants a do-over, then Brodie small-packages him again and the ref makes another three-count.  That was...random.

Kimo vs. Stryknyn(w/ Dan Wilson):  It's looking a bit one-sided, but The Reverend trips up Kimo to allow Stryknyn the opening for a cheapshot.  Wilson gets in a few shots with the Staff Of Righteousness behind the referee's back...but it's not enough to slow Kimo down for very long.  Kimo looks to finish things but Azrael runs in for the DQ.  That touches off a brawl between the two until Strynkyn recovers to un-even the odds...Andrew Alexander hits the ring to run off the heels, continuing his own issue with Wilson's stable.  The two hesitantly shake hands before leaving the ring separately...

Shadow Jackson vs. Jacoby Boykins(w/ John Johnson) for the Heavyweight Title:  ...yeahhhhh, I don't see Boykins winning either.  With Johnson at ringside, Jeff G. Bailey joins Tim E.D. at the commentary table.  Bailey complains about how Shadow needed to use a low blow to beat Se7en for the Heavyweight Title at Hardcore Hell...never mind that it was a CAGE MATCH.  Even Jeff G. doesn't hold any illusion about Jacoby's chances, glossing over the chance of a victory to hope that Jackson simply takes a beating in this match.  Shadow fights out of a bearhug but gets caught in a belly-to-belly suplex and splash...for two.  Jackson does the full-blast Hulk-Up(complete with hand-to-ear gesture)...he slams Boykins, then gets a hold of Johnson to bash him off the apron.  Jacoby delivers a cheapshot, but Shadow reverses into KICK WHAM STUNNER...cover, but he's in the ropes.  Boykins delivers a desperation shot to the throat, but gets caught in the 1031 Spinebuster and Shadow retains his title.

The Usual Suspects(A.J. Steele & Murder One) vs. The New Wave for the NWA World Tag Team Titles:  ...or not, as Derrick Driver is neither present nor accounted for.  General Manager J.T. Talent says Driver had travel problems and won't be able to make it to the match.  He has a suitable replacement for this matchup...

The Usual Suspects(A.J. Steele & Murder One) vs. Caprice Coleman & Steven Walters for the NWA World Tag Team Titles:  Oddity:  Murder One was originally known as Homicide before the other guy with that name hit it big on the national independent scene.  We briefly saw Steele as a member of the NWA Elite while Murder One was a veteran from the days of NWA Wildside.  Johnson notes that the Usual Suspects recently defeated the Dark City Fight Club for the belts...meanwhile, Coleman takes out both champs with a huge springboard plancha!  However, Walters ends up in the wrong corner as Johnson relates more history, noting that Murder One was a Wildside Tag Champ with Kory "Rainman" Chavis(one of the Dark City Fight Club...FULL CIRCLE~!).  Walters finally takes out Steele with a jumping enzuigiri before making the hot tag to Coleman!  Ice is on fire(so to speak) and cleans house, but can't quite seal the deal...He tags Walters back in and they deliver a double Codebreaker(a la New Wave) but Walters only gets a two-count on Steele.  Murder One disposes of Coleman and Walters attempts to backflip out of a back suplex by Steele but lands badly on his head...ow.  The Suspects pounce on their injured opponent, delivering a double chokeslam to give Murder One the pinfall victory over Walters.
