-Emcee Maryse Ouellet turns down Hornswoggle's Ring Pop gift...heh. Titus O'Neil's translation efforts are for naught...but we get a visit from O'Neil's previous mentor Zack Ryder. Ryder's upset that Hornswoggle seems to be getting Titus farther than he did in NXT2...Matt Striker orders a match for tonight.
-Vladimir Kozlov, Yoshi Tatsu, & Conor O'Brian vs. Chavo Guerrero Jr., J.T.G., & Darren Young: Penultimate elimination is next week...this competition could go in any direction now. The heels triple-team O'Brian and destroy his leg...even S. William Regal admits that J.T.G. has made some strides in recent weeks. Conor Flapjacks Young out of nowhere and that finally gives him the opening to tag in Yoshi...the house is on fire! Hell breaks loose as everyone but the injured O'Brian fights in the ring, leading to Vlad reversing a double suplex by Chavo and Young. J.T.G. dropkicks Kozlov out, but eats a big roundhouse kick from Tatsu and that's the ballgame.
-Must be sweeps month with all these gimmick Raws...next week is Raw Roulette AND will feature a visit from Shawn Michaels. Also: Sin Cara faces Evan Bourne in a "sorry about that Mason Ryan thing" match.
-Titus O'Neil(w/ Hornswoggle) vs. Zack Ryder: Regal notes that Ryder was trained by his old friend Dave Taylor...was not aware of that. Notably quite a few fans seem to be behind Zack, to the point of booing in the earlier segment when O'Neil insinuated that Hornswoggle was a better mentor. Titus dominates and Hornswoggle adds a butt-bite in the corner...okay. A grass-roots movement has been brewing for Ryder thanks to his Youtube show, resulting in...well, not a whole lot. Ryder gains control after a blind charge by O'Neil hits a pair of knees...but Titus powers his way back into the match. Fallaway slam hits, but Ryder rolls out of the ring to regroup. The two cross paths with the midget and O'Neil's focus is broken by checking on his friend. Zack gives him a cheapshot on re-entry, then hits the Rough Ryder for the surprise win!
TNA XPlosion
-Your hosts are Jeremy Borash, Taz, and Desmond Wolfe(fare thee well)...
-Alex Shelley vs. Kazuchika Okada: Wolfe hypes both men's finishers: Sliced Bread #2 vs. dragon suplex. Okada works the neck to build to his move...but Shelley cuts him off with a turnbuckle Flatliner. The moment swings back and forth...Shelley keeps blocking attempts at the dragon suplex and stuns Okada with a superkick, then hits SB#2 for the victory.
