-Backstage in Dario Cueto's office: Dario met with Black Lotus, who informed him that Dragon Azteca Jr. knew the location of Heavyweight Champion Matanza Cueto's cell. Lotus was having doubts about Dario's story and said that the "Black Lotus Triad" would be after him if he was lying. Dario booked Azteca vs. Lotus for Ultima Lucha II, telling her that she could take his mask back to the Triad.
-Killshot fought Marty "The Moth" Martinez to a double countout (1:20). Referees had to separate the two...Killshot reclaimed his dogtags, but Marty snuck up on him with a released German suplex and got them back before escaping the ring.
-Elsewhere: Mr. Cisco sat in an interrogation room to be questioned by Cortez Castro/Officer Reyes, Joey Ryan, and Captain Vasquez. He was given the choice to either wear a wire into meetings with Dario or "rot in jail". Vasquez said she thought Dario was the "linchpin" to the "end of days"...
-Drago & Aero Star d. Trios Champions Jack Evans & P.J. Black in a nunchucks match; nunchucks were hung in various places around the temple and were legal to use in the match. Drago pinned Evans with the Dragon's Tail(lucha sequence into a modified crucifix pin) after blinding him with green mist (7:45).
-Before the main event, Chavo Guerrero Jr. was met by a wheelchair-bound Pentagon Jr. He told Chavo that he was the only one who supported him in the past...but now he would destroy him. Pentagon got up from his wheelchair and attacked Chavo, breaking his arm with the hammerlock/armbar combo. As a result, promoter Dario Cueto(w/ Black Lotus) put Pentagon in Chavo's spot in the match...
-Trios Champion Johnny Mundo, Fenix, Pentagon Jr., King Cuerno, Ivelisse Velez, & Taya Valkyrie d. Rey Misterio Jr., Prince Puma, El Texano Jr., Son Of Havoc, Sexy Star, & Willie Mack; Mundo pinned Puma after kicking Rey into Puma on the top rope, then hitting the Spanish Fly on Puma (12:53). The winners of the match will meet in a six-way match on next week's show for the Heavyweight Title shot at Ultima Lucha 2.
-Elsewhere, in King Cuerno's trophy room: Catrina Perez revived Mil Muertes from his glass coffin with the cursed stone.
