NWA Anarchy TV #340

Commentators:  Tim E.D. & Bret Wolverton.

Jeff G. Bailey(w/ Jerry Palmer & John Johnson) complains about Bryan Cassanova's absence due to car problems...he wants General Manager Brodie Ray Chase to change the main event to a ten-man tag to even the odds.  Brodie reminds them that THEY made the challenge for a twelve-man tag...so he figures they can either forfeit or find a replacement REALLY quickly.  With every other wrestler already booked, Palmer decides that the replacement will be...John Johnson.  That's news to Johnson and not the "good" variety...

Zach Daniels & Joey Rhymer vs. Brandon Parker & The Vandal:  Johnson is in the broadcast booth for the moment.  A big pileup on the floor ends with Daniels hitting everyone with a huge somersault plancha...but he appears to injure his knee on the landing.  Referees and officials help Daniels back to the dressing room as the match continues, but the numbers are no longer in Rhymer's favor.  A double-team move backfires and Rhymer has an opening...then Todd Sexton runs out to the corner and the referee allows him to tag into the match as an impromptu substitute!  Sexton cleans house but the numbers catch up to him as well...but Rhymer traps Vandal and pulls him to the floor, allowing Sexton to take out Parker with the superkick!  Sexton tags Rhymer back into the match...and he hits the swanton bomb to pick up his first decisive victory in NWA Anarchy!

Anthony Henry vs. Adrian Hawkins for the Young Lions' Title(clips):  YAY WRESTLING~! as this is about finishing hold superiority(Texas Cloverleaf vs. Sharpshooter).  Hawkins is the first to get his submission hold, but Henry powers out of the hold and goes right into the Cloverleaf!  Hawkins is lucky to reach the ropes for an escape.  Hawkins clips the knee and plants him with the Extreme Makeover(Killswitch), but goes back for the Sharpshooter instead of attempting a pin cover...Henry capitalizes with a small package for the flash pin!  Hawkins chases the referee away from ringside and then returns to attack Henry, locking him in the Sharpshooter...the referee brigade has to restore order.  This feud...MUST CONTINUE~!

Seth Delay vs. Johnny Dangerous vs. Andrew Pendleton III vs. Mike Posey, Gold Rush Match(clips):  The winner gets a title shot of his choice with the stipulation of his choice.  The action is all over the place...there are no allies as Delay and Dangerous have an exchange, as do Pendleton and Posey.  Dangerous nearly upsets Pendleton with a Buff Blockbuster, but goes to the top rope once again...and he nails the moonsault!  Posey breaks up that pin attempt and delivers a hanging double-underhook sitout neckbreaker...he follows up with the Alabama Jam on Dangerous, but forgets about Delay and hurls a few threats in promoter Franklin Dove's direction.  The referee politely asks Dove to back off, conveniently missing Seth pulling out the brass knuckles and knocking out Posey!  Cover, ref turns around, 1-2-3.

Billy Buck vs. Bobby Moore, bunkhouse match(clips):  They're in street clothes and plenty of weapons come into play...for the record, Wolverton is now calling the action with Tim E.D.  Moore is busted open but keeps on fighting, using a chair to his advantage.  The match boils down to fisticuffs and Buck finally rams Moore head-first into a chair wedged in the corner...then a ladder and table come into play.  Moore goes under the ring for more weapons...only to find a Barney doll, ha ha.  Moore goes up the ladder but Buck recovers and they fight on the rungs...Buck hits a Samoan Drop off the ladder through the table!  Both men are down...but the fans encourage Buck to regain his senses first.  He drapes an arm over Moore...only 2 1/2!  Moore tries to swing at Buck with the Barney doll(?) but misses...Buck doesn't miss the Buck Wild superkick!  Buck picks up the Barney doll and hits Moore with it, then covers for the pin...why not?

Mikael Judas, Azrael, Slim J, Nemesis, & The Hate Junkies(w/ Dan Wilson & Brodie Ray Chase) vs. Heavyweight Champion Shaun Tempers, T.V. Champion Bo Newsom, Tag Team Champion Se7en, Jacoby Boykins, Jagged Edge, & John Johnson(w/ Jeff G. Bailey & Jerry Palmer), elimination tag match(clips):  Dee Byers is the main referee for the match with Brent Wiley(cue ominous music) outside the ring.  Dany Only has a good showing against Tempers...but things go downhill once Se7en tags in.  Se7en eliminates Only with his chokeslam variation...Stryknyn tries to avenge his partner but doesn't fare too well.  Johnson actually tags in and takes the strap down(NO DON'T~!)...Slim J immediately drop-toeholds him into the Roach Clip(inverted STF) and Johnson can't tap out fast enough.  Azrael plants Newsom with the Green Manalishi(w/ Two-Pronged Crown)(modified Michinoku Driver) to eliminate him.  Nemesis dominates Tempers, but Boykins runs interference and Tempers gets a cheap rollup with a handful of tights.  Stryknyn enters the fray but gets chokeslammed and pinned by Jagged Edge.  Judas goes to the top rope and nails a HUGE guillotine legdrop to pin Boykins...then Judas tangles with Jagged Edge and they brawl to a double countout(which takes place during a match clip).

We're down to Azrael & Slim J vs. Tempers & Se7en...Se7en gets double-teamed into oblivion, culminating in a flying forearm by Azrael and double-stomp/elbowdrop combo by Slim J.  Azrael shockingly pins Se7en after that barrage...but Tempers quickly enters the ring to nail the Rude Awakening on Azrael for the pin.  Now it's just Slim J and Tempers...Bailey throws powder in the eyes of Dee Byers and Palmer enters the ring with axhandle in hand.  THE LIGHTS GO OUT IN CORNELIA...they come back on and Shadow Jackson is in the ring!  Shadow stares down Palmer...and then gives Slim J a Stunner!  Ladies and gentlemen, we have a heel turn...and Brent Wiley makes the three-count as Tempers pins Slim J!  Shadow kneels over a fallen Slim J...Brodie Ray Chase wants an explanation and so does Nemesis...but then Nemesis nails Brodie!  The NWA Elite got to both members of the Urban Assault Squad...and now they're in control of NWA Anarchy.
