NWA Anarchy TV #343

Commentators:  Tim E.D. & John Johnson(w/ neckbrace).

Mike Posey still wants an Appreciation Night, calling out promoter Franklin Dove.  Posey finally steps over the line by putting his hands on the owner of the company...which brings out an unexpected defender in the form of "The Reverend" Dan Wilson.  The Rev says that Posey once did someone wrong and will now pay for his crimes...suddenly SOMEONE jumps the guardrail to confront Posey.  Johnson somehow identifies the man as former Anarchy regular Patrick Bentley, now looking much different...and he plants Posey with a sick Dark Driver(Canadian Destroyer)!  After Bentley and Wilson take their leave, Posey staggers to his feet...and Dove slaps him for good measure.

Now General Manager Jerry Palmer says his piece, not feeling like Dove proved anything by slapping a man who just got dropped on his head.  He's also upset about the way the Tag Team Titles changed hands...and Palmer wants a rematch ASAP!  He wants better officiating and says that senior official Brent Wiley will now referee all of the championship matches...lucky us.

Azrael & Slim J(w/ Dan Wilson) vs. Se7en & Jacoby Boykins(w/ Jeff G. Bailey) for the Tag Team Titles:  Maybe if the NWA Elite could have gotten both of their Tag Champs to the building on a regular basis, we wouldn't have had the situation that resulted in the belts changing hands in the first place...just a thought.  At any rate, Se7en is here though Bryan Cassanova seems to be MIA along with former Elite compatriot Lane Vasser.  Slim J unleashes the educated feet on Se7en and the champs actually get the better of their larger opponents for a little while...Boykins finally mows down Slim with a massive clothesline to alter the momentum a bit.  J tries to make a comeback but Jacoby yanks him out of the corner straight into a huge uranagi...Azrael has to break up the pin to save the belts at that point.

Boykins gorilla-presses Slim J into a Diamond Cutter by Se7en...Se7en covers but Azrael makes the save once again.  Slim is fortunate to avoid a huge jumping elbowdrop by Se7en and that finally gives him the opening to tag in Azrael!  The champs double-team Se7en into next week but the Urban Assault Squad members run in for the DQ...bah.  The Hate Junkies aren't far behind and the big grudge match between the two teams almost starts earlier than expected...but the good guys hold the high ground for now.

Johnny Dangerous vs. Bobby Moore:  Moore was on the losing end of the bunkhouse match at Hostile Environment against Billy Buck, but he also played a role in Bo Newsom retaining the T.V. Title against Seth Delay.  Dangerous rallies but Moore slips on an armpad behind the referee's back.  Moore delivers a big forearm smash with the suspicious armpad, then hides it back in his tights before covering for the questionable victory.  Moore tells us that he might as well have a bionic forearm...okay then.

Najasism & Buku Dau vs. Tommy Daniels & C.B. Gibson:  Najasism and Dau show some innovative maneuvers, but Daniels & Gibson have the experience edge as a team.  Najasism gets a hot tag, but the referee was conveniently distracted and didn't see it.  Daniels avoids a plancha by Najasism, then Daniels & Gibson hit TOTAL ELIMINATION~! on Dau and Daniels gets the pin.

Anthony Henry vs. Adrian Hawkins for the Young Lions' Title:  This match is hyped as Texas Cloverleaf vs. Sharpshooter...YAY WRESTLING~!  Before the matchup, Henry gets a challenge from former champ Jacob Ashworth...Henry is cool with giving him a title shot, but says they'll discuss it after this matchup.  Hawkins decides to start the match with an attack from behind but Henry quickly turns things around...Henry sends Hawkins to the floor with a Cactus Clothesline, skins the cat back into the ring, then follows up with a plancha.

Hawkins regains control and slows the pace, locking him in a Gory Special...but Henry escapes the move and gets a sunset flip for two.  Crucifix...for two.  Hawkins cuts him off with a modified Russian legsweep and keeps his focus on the back(setup for the Sharpshooter!).  Henry finally rams Hawkins back into the turnbuckles to get some separation...and a fight on the turnbuckles ends in a huge superplex by Henry!  Henry didn't do his back any favors(PSYCHOLOGY~!) but still goes on offense...Death Valley Driver gets two.  Powerslam sets up a Cloverleaf attempt but Hawkins kicks him away, then springboards off the middle rope into a flying back elbow...for two.  Extreme Makeover(Killswitch) is countered and Henry gets a German suplex...for two.  He hangs on, Hawkins tries to counter into his own suplex, but Henry victory-rolls his way into position to hook the Cloverleaf!  Hawkins barely reaches the ropes to escape defeat and rolls to the floor for a breather...Henry follows him to the floor but a whip is reversed into the guardrail.  Henry fights back once again and throws Hawkins back in the ring, but Ashworth runs out and clips Henry's knee!  Ladies and gentlemen, we have a heel turn...Ashworth throws Henry back in the ring and Hawkins is quick to take advantage with the Sharpshooter...only for Henry to small-package him...for two!  Hawkins clips the leg again and gets the Sharpshooter on the second try...Henry tries to fight his way to the ropes but Hawkins drags him back to the middle of the ring...and Henry finally has no choice but to tap out.  We have a newwwww Young Lions' Champion!

Ashworth isn't done as he repeatedly wraps Henry's leg around the ringpost to do more damage, then just pummels and stomps him on the arena floor before taking his leave...

Next week:  Hate Junkies vs. Urban Assault Squad in a Hangman's Match.
