Commentators: Byron Saxton, S. William Regal, & Jim Ross. Ring announcer: Chris Russo.
Tyson Kidd vs. Donny Camacho(w/ Hunico): This match stems from last week's six-man tag...plus Kidd's had a few matchups with Hunico in the recent past. It's a clear battle of speed and finesse against brute force...Kidd gets the upper hand in the early stages of the contest, but nearly gets surrounded on the floor. That leads to the referee ejecting Hunico from ringside in a pre-emptive move...Kidd takes matters into his own hands by flattening both opponents with a somersault plancha!
Camacho stalls on the floor, then blocks a kick attempt from the apron and yanks Kidd down onto the edge of the ring face-first...ow. Camacho slows the pace and keeps Kidd down on the mat...but takes too long going to the second rope and the legdrop hits nothing but mat. Cue the educated feet...Kidd chokes Camacho on the bottom rope and then hits an inside-out slingshot legdrop. Kidd goes to the third floor but Camacho cuts him off...double-underhook superplex! Camacho is slow to cover...and gets two. Kidd gets off a few more kicks and climbs the ropes again...and he hits the Buff Blockbuster! Cover...foot on the rope. Sharpshooter is teased but Michael McGillicutty runs out to provide a distraction. That's enough of an opportunity for Camacho to capitalize...KICK WHAM DDT and Camacho gets the tainted victory.
Backstage, Matt Striker interviews Justin Gabriel...now that he's recovered from his injury, he's looking for gold. He faces Heath Slater in next week's main event...and here's Gabriel's former partner for a counterpoint.
Aiden English vs. Bray Wyatt: English gets an entrance! Wyatt enlightens the unwashed masses during his own intro...don't see this match being too competitive. Wyatt destroys English at ringside, then avalanches him in the corner. Wyatt dances around with the dazed English, then kisses him on the forehead before finishing him off with the Rapture(Wave Of The Future).
Seth Rollins welcomes us to the Blackout.
Briley Pierce still works here and he does a backstage interview with Richie Steamboat...but Leo Kruger interrupts the segment. Shoving ensues and they fight, leading to the referee brigade arriving to restore order.
Coming next week to NXT6: Raquel Diaz, daughter of Eddy & Vickie Guerrero. She's on an "Exfoliating Ugliness Tour", apparently...
Jimmy & Jey Uso vs. The Prime Time Players(Titus O'Neil & Darren Young, w/o Abraham Washington): J.R. joins Saxton & Regal for the main event. Titus gives Darren a quick pre-match afro-picking...of course, Jey quickly attempts to mess with Young's hair to tick him off. Titus makes the mistake of ramming Jimmy's head into the turnbuckles and then headbutting him...you don't do that to a Samoan. The Usos gains an advantage and then try out Young's afro pick...not quite the same effect. Young charges the ring only to get clotheslined right back out by Jey...then Jey backdrops Jimmy over the top rope onto both Prime Time Players!
The Usos keep on rolling, but the numbers finally catch up to Jey and O'Neil takes out his leg. Jey kicks Young to the floor, but Young yanks Jimmy off the apron to prevent Jey from making the tag. Jey still gets a quick rollup for a near-fall only to get dropkicked in the knee by Young. Titus tries to drop Young onto Jey with a gourdbuster but Jey gets the feet up to block...then Jey backdrops Titus and finally makes the tag to Jimmy! Jimmy rallies against Young and throws him into Titus before hitting the Samoan Drop...then the Umaga Smash! Cover...Titus saves. Jey pulls O'Neil to the floor but Titus goes back to Jey's leg and throws him in the ring. The referee gets occupied with Jey's situation, allowing Titus to attack Jimmy from behind. One Demolition Decapitation later, Young pins Jimmy for the three-count.
