WWE Raw 1000 in St. Louis, MO

Taped for Superstars.com:
-Tyson Kidd & Justin Gabriel d. Tyler Reks & Curt Hawkins.
-Zack Ryder d. Michael McGillicutty.

Live show:
Commentators:  Jerry Lawler & Michael Cole.

Vince McMahon introduced DeGeneration X to start the show...we got Shawn Michaels and Triple H but also X-Pac and the New Age Outlaws!  Damien Sandow interrupted to protest the debauchery and ate a superkick and Pedigree.

World Champion Sheamus O'Shaunessy, Rey Misterio Jr., & Sin Cara d. Chris Jericho, Dolph Ziggler, & Alberto Del Rio(w/ Vickie Guerrero & Ricardo Rodriguez) when Dolph gave his own partner Jericho a cheapshot, allowing Sheamus to finish off Jericho with the Brogue Kick.  Jim Ross did commentary for the match.

Cameos during a backstage segment with Women's Champion Layla El & A.J. Lee:  Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Rowdy Roddy Piper, and Mae Young(w/ her "son", a guy in a hand costume).

Brodus Clay(w/ Funkadactyls & Dude Love) d. Jack Swagger with the big splash.  Dude Love took out Swagger with a tie-dyed Mr. Socko after the match.

HHH hangs out with Trish Stratus backstage...the rest of the DX members get the wrong idea from her attempts to teach him yoga.

The Reverend Slick(JIVE SOUL BRO~!) presides over the Daniel Bryan/A.J. Lee wedding ceremony...but apparently Vince McMahon made her a business proposal and she's the new General Manager!  So A.J. leaves him at the proverbial altar...aww.

WWE Champion C.M. Punk was quick to rub the wedding failure in Bryan's face, but FINALLY THE ROCK HAS COME BACK TO ST. LOUIS~!  It turns out he has a WWE Title shot at the Royal Rumble(wow, that's long-term planning)...both Punk and Bryan seemed to think they would be in that spot at that time.  Bryan wouldn't stop interjecting himself into the conversation and finally took a Rock Bottom.

Mike Mizanin d. Christian Cage with the Skull-Crushing Finale to win the Intercontinental Title; Bret Hart was the special guest ring announcer.

Triple H called out Brock Lesnar but got Paul Heyman instead...the war of words brought family into things and that brought out Stephanie McMahon to confront Heyman.  Stephanie finally incited Heyman into accepting the SummerSlam match on Brock's behalf...but he kept running his mouth and she finally attacked him.  That brought out Lesnar, sparking a brief fight with H that ended with H clotheslining Brock out of the ring.

Lita d. Heath Slater in a no-countout-no-DQ match with some assistance from the APA and a bunch of legends(including Vader, Sid, Sgt. Slaughter, Animal, Doink, and Bob Backlund).  The legends kept Heath from running away and Lita delivered a Twist Of Fate, then Bradshaw delivered the LARIATOOOOO~! and Lita finished with the moonsault.

Sean Mooney~! did a quickie backstage interview with Daniel Bryan...he's not happy with Charlie Sheen(who's been Skype-ing his reactions to the show).

Kane's matchup never happened as several wrestlers(Jinder Mahal, Drew McIntyre, Hunico, Donny Camacho, Tyler Reks, & Curt Hawkins) attempted to take their TV time by force...BONG.  Enter The Undertaker.  The Brothers Of Destructions cleaned house...Hunico and Hawkins were the unlucky recipients of stereo chokeslams and stereo Tombstones.

John Cena d. C.M. Punk by DQ; Punk retained the WWE Title.  The referee was knocked down and Cena appeared to have the match won after the F-U but there was no official to make the count.  The Big Show ran into the ring to spear Cena and PUNCH him out.  Punk reluctantly revived the ref and went for the delayed cover but Cena kicked out at two.  Punk picked up Cena for the Go 2 Sleep but Cena countered and took him down into the STF...only for Show to re-enter and attack Cena for the disqualification.  The Rock made the save and gave Show the spinebuster, then set up for the People's Elbow...but Punk cut him off with a clothesline and then gave him the Go 2 Sleep!
