Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes vs. Ted DiBiase Jr., non-title: Odd match ordering with this on first and the divas' tag match in the main event slot. Of course, these guys are former Tag Team Champions as part of Legacy but times have changed to say the least. The fight spills out of the ring and Cody goes for a version of his step-up roundhouse kick, but DiBiase dropkicks him in mid-air. Korpela digs into the history books to note the old rivalry between Dusty Rhodes and Ted DiBiase Sr., a feud that included them as team captains at the 1990 Survivor Series. Ted Jr. rallies and gets a near-fall after a flying knee, then another after a modified Skyhigh. DiBiase teases ripping off the protective facemask, but that mini-distraction costs him as Rhodes delivers a quick mask-enhanced headbutt. Cody nails a moonsault press...for two! O'Connor Roll...for two. DiBiase goes for Dream Street out of nowhere but Cody unloads with another mask-enhanced headbutt...that stuns Ted long enough for Cody to hit the Crossrhodes. 1-2-3.
Ezekiel Jackson vs. Jinder Mahal: More competitive than you might think...in other words, competitive. However, the result is still inevitable as Big Zeke wins with the torture rack.
Tag Team Champions Air Boom vs. J.T.G. & Primo Colon, non-title: J.T.G. and Primo are both expert tag team competitors...Primo was a Tag Team Champion with his brother Carlito. Evan Bourne goes aerial against Primo but misses a jumping knee strike and ends up in trouble. Stanford notes that Primo is scouting for a new regular tag team partner...we'll see if that leads anywhere. Primo nearly gets the backcracker but Bourne drops down and victory-rolls his way into a tag to Kofi Kingston! J.T.G. runs interference but it's not enough to stop a springboard cross-body onto Primo...for two. Boom Drop hits but J.T.G. distracts him from a Trouble In Paradise attempt, allowing Primo to get an O'Connor Roll...for two. Kofi maneuvers into the S.O.S. and nails it but J.T.G. breaks up the pin attempt. Bourne gets rid of J.T.G. and stuns Primo with a roundhouse kick from the apron, allowing Kofi to hit the Trouble In Paradise! Tag to Bourne and he finishes the job with the shooting star press...nicely done.
Kelly K & Eve Torres vs. The Bella Twins: They're switching up the women's theme songs a lot lately as Eve has new music. Eve ends up on the wrong side of the ring in short order. I keep track of the twins because one of them usually helpfully shouts out the other's name during a match. The Bellas focus on Eve's arm, but she powers Brie(I think) up into a Samoan Drop before tagging in Kelly. Cue house afire...but Nikki snaps Kelly's throat off the top rope. Eve dropkicks Nikki out of the matchup and Brie goes for the kill, but KICK WHAM K-2(Rocker Dropper) and Kelly gets the pin.
