Your hosts are Matt Martlaro & S. William Regal and we kick things off with a shot of the new championship banner for Bo Rotundo. WOO~!
Xavier Woods vs. Brad Maddox: Maddox wrestles! His theme song now incorporates his reality show's low-budget musical intro...heh. Maddox wastes no time in pulling the afro to gain an advantage...but gets a more sustained edge with a unique block of a corner headscissors. El Big Comeback ensues as I wonder how a teamup of Xavier Woods and R-Truth would work out. The momentum shifts a few times, but Maddox blocks a monkeyflip and finishes with a DDT variant known as the Deal Closer(FCW website says Deal Breaker, but we're still getting the name of Lucky Cannon's finisher straight).
Backstage: Maxine Perez is freaking out...apparently Lucky Cannon had his head shoved into an ice machine by SOMEONE.
Titus O'Neil vs. Byron Saxton: Byron says he's going to deal with a fraud...O'Neil's theme interrupts him before he can elaborate. Saxton feels like Titus has been a roadblock in his career, especially through their interaction on NXT5.com(Titus is still in, Byron is out). Saxton uses roughhouse tactics to take control, but O'Neil slams him off the turnbuckles and begins the domination on his part. Titus hits the fallaway slam but Byron escapes a slam attempt and bails out of the ring. Titus gives chase and rams Saxton into the ringpost...but Byron desperately fastballs a chair in O'Neil's direction! Titus swats it away, but that's still enough for the ref to disqualify Saxton...Titus grabs the chair but Byron was just leaving.
Briley Pierce interviews newcomer Dean Ambrose(aka Jon Moxley)...he wastes no time in aiming high, challenging FCW 15 Champion Seth Rollins. No shortage of intensity...
General Manager Norman Smiley meets with Alexandre Rusev and Raquel Diaz...but Maxine storms in and yells at Norman about what happened to Lucky.
Queen Aksana Raudoniene vs. Kaitlyn Bonin for the Women's Title: With the belt and the crown on the same person, I wonder why they haven't just retired the crown. Aksana gets the win out of nowhere with a backslide...not bad, these two have come a long way in the past year.
Bo Rotundo vs. Damien Sandow(w/ Maxine Perez) for the Heavyweight Title: Sandow and Maxine's connection to former champion Lucky Cannon is well-documented. The commentators talk up Rotundo being the first two-time FCW Champion in the current era of the promotion. It doesn't take long for these two to kick it into high gear as the commentators note that FCW Champions tend to make it to WWE in some form...the main examples cited are Jack Swagger(former World Champ) and Sheamus O'Shaunessy(former WWE Champ). Sandow controls the pace of the matchup for several minutes after throwing Rotundo shoulder-first into the ringpost. Martlaro wonders if the arm damage will affect the spear(PSYCHOLOGY~!)...meanwhile, Bo goes for the comeback but Sandow bails out of the ring to kill the momentum.
Rotundo follows him out and the chase leads back into the ring, but a rope-running sequence leads to Sandow accidentally bowling over the referee. With the official down on the arena floor, Sandow delivers a blatant low blow...he hits a snap neckbreaker but there's no one to make a pin count. Lucky Cannon makes his way to ringside and steals the referee's shirt, making a fast three-count as Sandow covers Rotundo! For some reason they ring the bell and Eden Stiles nearly announces Sandow as the new champion but Norman Smiley is quickly out to restore order. He dutifully points out that Lucky is NOT a licensed official and orders him out of the ring under the threat of a fine. Smiley orders the match to continue as a new referee hits the ring...the ref has to literally pull the belt out of Sandow's hands and the distraction is enough for Bo to hit the spear and get the win! Cannon and Sandow immediately go on the attack and beat down the champion, but the save is made by...Husky Harris?!? Hey, that IS his brother...ladies and gentlemen, we have a face turn! Husky cleans house and the brothers lock eyes in the ring...Bo holds up the belt and the two share a mutual grin before Husky leaves without a word. Rotundo celebrates in the ring("I GOT A BANNER~!") as we fade out...
So long from the Sunshine State!
