Loaded show for St. Louis Anarchy as usual...tough to stand out under this banner since there's so much high-level talent on the roster.
"The 'Stache" was OVAH~!
Christian Rose has been picking up more wins in this area lately, good for him.
Ladder match was insane and I was surprised it went on as early as it did.
Not sure what happened to Lady Poison. Rachel Summerlyn didn't come out with her Tag Team Title belt for whatever reason. Always good to see Athena though.
I'm sorry, but I don't see the entertainment value of "Mrs. Victor". Once you get past the immediate reaction of "ha ha, it's a guy in drag"...what else is there?
Tough to push a storyline that takes place in a different state(Childs feuding with Vega over the ACW Title)...
AAPW's Ax Allwardt made a surprise debut as a representative for Robert D. Evans...didn't expect to see him around these parts.
Booking Chuck Taylor with no children being scared is like booking Chris Hero and telling him "no forearms or cravates". Nonetheless, he worked face against Arik Cannon. No clue who Cannon's new manager was(Colonel Angus?) but he was very entertaining.
Three bleeders on this show...Gary, Lacey, and finally Walsh. Crazy brawl to cap off the show...was rooting for Dan to take the belt, but it was not to be. Referee Eric Davis was the unfortunate recipient of some post-match rage on Walsh's part...
MMWA ran this past weekend as well...Dave Vaughn won the Battle Royal Title by defeating Sean Vincent. The format was a pair of battle royals with the winners fighting for the belt(previous champion Johnny Courageous competed in the second one). Of note, this makes the fifth different title that Vaughn has held with MMWA-SICW as he's been Tag, Jr. Heavyweight, Heavyweight, T.V., and now Battle Royal Champion.
Anywho, this coming weekend is SICW...weekend after that has IHW in East St. Louis and MECW in Wood River.
