FCW TV

Your hosts are Chris Russo & Byron Saxton, your ring announcer is Danielle Moinet.

General Manager Maxine Perez(w/ Norman Smiley) introduces our opener...

Grand Royale: The rules(since they probably do need explaining): The wrestlers start outside the ring and have to get into the ring within thirty seconds. Once that time limit expires, the wrestlers in the ring start a standard battle royal...and the winner gets a Heavyweight Title shot in the main event. Practically the entire roster is assembled at ringside...and here we go! Holy crap, Eli Cottonwood lives! Seth Rollins doesn't quite make it in thanks to Antonio Cesaro hanging onto his foot...D-OH! Seth doesn't take it well and moonsaults off the top rope onto Cesaro and a bunch of other heels on the floor!

Anywho, our official list of fourteen competitors: Husky Harris, Dean Ambrose, Mike Dalton, Big E Langston, FCW 15 Champion Damien Sandow, Xavier Woods, Richie Steamboat, Roman Leakee, Tag Team Champions Brad Maddox & Briley Pierce, Hunico, Epico Colon, Kenneth Cameron, and Rick Victor. Everyone wisely gangs up on Big E and he's the first one gone. Husky is the next one to suffer a gang attack...he hangs onto the ropes but can't quite make it back in the ring and he's out. For the record, previous Grand Royale winners were Johnny Curtis and Calvin Raines. Sandow kicks Briley over the top rope, then Maddox tries to headscissors Epico out only to hit the floor himself. Xavier sends Hunico to the floor and we're down to eight...Xavier nails Steamboat with the Cactus Clothesline and they're both out. Remaining pairings are Dalton/Victor, Leakee/Sandow, and Cameron/Ambrose...Sandow comically hangs onto the ropes for dear life. Victor backdrops Ambrose over the top out of nowhere...Dean throws a tantrum in response. Leakee and Sandow had recent run-ins with champion Leo Kruger...the other three haven't exactly been top contenders, though Cameron's been pushed in the Ascension. Leakee nearly gets Sandow out, but he gets blindsided by Cameron and Victor and they dump him.

Now it looks like a three-on-one situation against Mike Dalton...Cameron tosses him but he skins the cat to re-enter. Cameron charges and gets low-bridged to the apron...then VICTOR charges and Dalton sidesteps, allowing the collision to send Cameron floorward! Dalton seizes the momentum and plants Victor with an elevated DDT, then throws HIM out! Sandow wastes no time in cutting him off...he throws him over the top rope but he lands on the apron and rolls back in. The fans get behind the underdog as Sandow tries to toss him AGAIN...and AGAIN Dalton hangs on and rolls back in. Sandow loses his cool and beats him down...then gives it one more try only for Dalton to turn the tables! Sandow hangs onto the ropes to save himself...and now he's mad. M-14 neckbreaker is blocked and Dalton counters into the elevated DDT...then one big clothesline sends Sandow to the floor! DO YOU BELIEVE IN MIRACLES? Mike Dalton wins the Grand Royale!

Byron gets the post-match interview with the winner...he's used to being the underdog and vows to upset the champion later tonight.

Jason Jordan vs. Abraham Washington: Abe now has Rikishi Phatu's "Bad Man" theme...um, okay. Washington unleashes a PIMP SLAP~! to start things off, firing up Jordan. Byron has warmed up to Abe again, notably. The In Yo Face setup turns into a legdrop instead of the usual elbow, so Jordan kicks out of the pin attempt at two. A second attempt at an In Yo Face legdrop misses the mark and Jordan goes on the attack...but Abe cuts him off with a swinging neckbreaker and that's enough for the three-count. Cue the post-match promo...he tries to interview the loser only to shoo him out of the ring instead. Heh.

Audrey Marie vs. Raquel Diaz, Women's Title vs. Queen's Crown: Okay, let's see if these stay unified this time. Russo says the crown ISN'T on the line...hopefully we get this figured out by the end of the match. Feeling out to start(not like THAT) and Audrey gets an early two-count with an Oklahoma roll. Audrey Matrixes and manevers into a flying headscissors, but Raquel cuts her off with a drop toehold and rolls her up...for two. Raquel keeps the advantage with heel tactics...a lot of hair-pulling and trash-talking ensues. Audrey gets a blind cross-body off the second rope out of nowhere but Raquel rolls through...for two. Despite the reversal, Audrey goes on offense and sets up for the Roundup...but Raquel blocks and maneuvers her into the Gory Bomb! Cover, pin and we have a new FCW Women's Champion! She wastes no time in gloating about her victory, as you might expect...

Leo Kruger vs. Mike Dalton for the Heavyweight Title: It took Dalton forever to even win a match in FCW competition...and now he's competing for the big belt in the TV main event. Will lightning strike twice for the Lance Storm trainee? Kruger stalls a bit, hoping to slow the momentum of his upstart challenger...but Dalton gets a crucifix for two. Sunset flip for two. Rollup for two. KICK WHAM...no, Kruger backs out to the ropes to avoid an elevated DDT. Kruger rakes the eyes over the referee's shoulder, that'll slow things down. Byron finally notes that Kruger is fresh while Dalton had to go through the Grand Royale just to get here. Dalton fires back with a jumping enzuigiri, but Kruger blocks another elevated DDT attempt by backdropping him to the floor.

Kruger keeps up the pressure with some ringside abuse...but Dalton won't stay down. Kruger takes his time in delivering a series of short-arm clotheslines...but only gets a two-count. Leo plants him with a huge spinebuster...for two. Second floor...legdrop misses! Leo tries going to the ropes again but eats a dropkick...then Dalton follows up with the top-rope Frankensteiner! Dalton is slow to cover...and gets two-and-a-half. Dalton fights for a tornado DDT but Kruger powers him off...and gets the sleeperhold! Dalton kicks off the turnbuckles and flips on top...for two-and-a-half! Kruger stays on him and nails a Jackhammer...for two-and-a-half! Final Destination(swinging fisherman buster)...no, Dalton counters out of it, KICK WHAM ELEVATED DDT! One...two...foot on the rope! Dalton tries to press the advantage but Leo rolls him up with a handful of tights...for two-and-a-half! Kruger grabs him in the sleeperhold again...and Dalton gives him a jawbreaker! Dalton tries to pull him down into a victory roll, but Kruger wheelbarrows him up into another sleeperhold! That finally takes the fight out of Dalton and Leo keeps him down for the submission victory...but it was far closer than anyone would have guessed.

Next week: Damien Sandow vs. Richie Steamboat for the FCW 15 Title. So long from the Sunshine State!
