XPlosion, Superstars, Impact

TNA XPlosion

Your hosts are Jeremy Borash & Taz.

Jesse Sorensen vs. Shiima Xion: Xion is sporting a new spiky hairdo. YAY WRESTLING~! FLIPPIES~! Xion does not want to be hit in the face...and he flips out when Sorensen finally does so. Xion targets the arm with gusto...he clotheslines Jesse to the floor and follows him out with a huge moonsault press off the second turnbuckle! However, Xion goes to the well once too often and Jesse raises the knees to block a second-rope moonsault. Sounds like it's time for El Big Comeback...Sorensen's arm is still hurting but he nails the Steamboat Press...for two. Xion delivers a move that starts like a back suplex where he flips him over into a facebuster(Hostile Makeover)...for two. Shiima goes topside for the 450 Splash...nothing but mat! Jesse plants him with the inverted swinging neckbreaker but he has something else in mind for the finish...shooting star press nearly overshoots Xion but it's still enough for the win! Borash calls it the Lone Star Press...that'll work.

WWE Superstars.com

Your hosts are Josh Mathews, Matt Striker, & Scott Stanford.

Tamina Snuka vs. Natalya Neidhart: Tamina has been on a roll in recent weeks with two straight wins over Nattie. Natalya takes over by yanking Tamina into the turnbuckles, then focuses on the midsection with an abdominal stretch. Tamina hiptosses out of that predicament but Nattie mows her down with a Hart Attack-style clothesline...for two. Nattie locks on her new Indian deathlock/surfboard hold but can't get the submission so she resorts to a basic chokehold. Nattie misses a big legdrop and Tamina makes the comeback...but her superkick is blocked and Natalya attempts the Sharpshooter. Tamina counters with a small package...for two. Tamina nails the Samoan Drop out of nowhere...she goes to the ropes but Nattie cuts her off. Superplex is blocked and Tamina fights her off with a headbutt...Superfly Splash hits and that's the ballgame!

Mason Ryan & Santino Marella vs. Tyler Reks & Curt Hawkins: With new Tag Team Champions being crowned this past week, the duos are lining up for a shot at the belts. Ryan & Santino look good as a unit in the early stages of the match, but Reks & Hawkins are the more experienced duo and they isolate Marella from his corner. A Santino Stunner finally gives him the opening to tag in Mason Ryan...time to clean house! Ryan clears out Reks, then tags Santino back in to finish off Hawkins with the Cobra.

Alex Riley vs. Jinder Mahal: Mahal quickly brawls his way into an advantage...this would have been a no-brainer a few months ago. Riley fires back and delivers his out-of-the-corner DDT for an early two-count, but Jinder fires back with a high knee to establish control. The fans chant "USA" and at least one of our match participants is American so Riley starts the rally. However, Mahal escapes the Final Score(TKO) to deliver a Northern Lights Bomb(!)...the camel clutch is hooked and Riley is forced to tap out.
