FCW TV

The FCW ladies wish us a merry Christmas and happy new year...yup.

Your hosts are Chris Russo & Byron Saxton, your ring announcer(who started last week) is Rob Naylor.

Mike Dalton vs. Peter Orlov(w/ Alexander Rusev): Haven't seen Orlov or Rusev in quite a while...Byron informs us that the two are brothers-in-law. YAY WRESTLING~! A distraction by Rusev allows Orlov to dropkick the knee and stop Dalton's early offensive. Russo reminds us that Dalton is a trainee of Lance Storm, though his look and style more reminiscient of Storm's partner Chris Jericho. Dalton rallies with aerial offense but Orlov cuts him off with an O'Connor Roll...only for Dalton to counter into his own pinning combination for the upset victory!

Brad Maddox & Briley Pierce vs. Big E Langston & Nick Rogers for the Tag Team Titles: Langston & Rogers defeated Jiro Takizawa & Kazma Sakamoto a few weeks ago in their debut as a team. Briley comes out in a Santa hat and tries to get Brad to wear one as well...Brad declines. Pierce decides to retain the hat as the match begins and puts it on Rogers after taking him down to the mat...heh. The champs implement a wise strategy by isolating "Mr. Jacked"...temporarily. Once Big E enters the match, the complexion of the match quickly changes and Briley's left in a bad part of town. Rogers spends too much time posing and misses an elbowdrop, allowing the "hot" tag to Maddox...Brad kicks the middle rope into Big E's lower regions but that doesn't stop him for long. Big E sizes up Brad for a charge but Briley pulls Brad out of the way and Langston hits the ringpost shoulder-first. Maddox takes advantage with the Dealbreaker(bodyscissors DDT variant) on Rogers for the win to retain the belts.

Queen Raquel Diaz enlightens us...she defeated Aksana Raudoniene to capture the crown last week. The fans supported her during that match, but she says those cheers were meaningless and vows to restore honor to the crown in her own way.

Jiro Takizawa vs. Kenneth Cameron: Cameron gets the full Ascension entrance but is flying solo here. Jiro throws some serious chops, but misses a dropkick and Cameron begins his domination. Jiro fights back, doing better than I would have expected...but he whiffs on a high-altitude moonsault. IT'S THE BIG FOOT sets up a Perfectplex and that seals the deal.

Video recap of the Husky Harris-Richie Steamboat feud...they're suspended but we'll still give them TV time!

Kaitlyn Bonin & Cameron Lynn vs. Caylee Turner & Ivelisse Velez: The debuting Ivelisse was on Tough Enough and competed on the indepedent circuit as Juliet The Huntress. So who are the heels in this matchup? Lynn gets a quick jackknife cradle on Velez for two, then tags in Kailtyn for a side backbreaker. Caylee takes a tumble over the ropes, but it turns out to be a ploy as it distracts Kaitlyn long enough for Velez to deliver a cheapshot from behind...okay, we've got our heel team. Technically, all of the match participants but Kaitlyn were on TE now that I think about it. Kaitlyn tries a tilt-a-whirl slam on Turner but Turner falls on top for a two-count. Russo adds some background for Velez, saying she was trained by Carlos Colon in Puerto Rico. Kaitlyn powers her back into the corner, finally making the tag to Lynn...but Caylee cuts her off with a Codebreaker. (I hate alliteration.) Caylee hits a modified Shining Wizard on a seated Lynn, turning it straight into a pinning combination...but Kaitlyn breaks up the pin. Velez pulls Kaitlyn to the floor and Caylee finishes off Cameron with an X-Factor.

Antonio Cesaro enlightens us...as long as he's around, Seth Rollins will never win another championship. This brings Seth out to attack Cesaro and the fight ends up in the ring! Enter Dean Ambrose to join the fun...the numbers catch up to Rollins as Abraham Washington SLOWLY makes his way to ringside with his new nameless valet. The valet is NOT Sofia Cortez as I previously thought, seeing as how Cortez = Ivelisse. He does join the fight as referees hit the ring to settle things...this IS our scheduled main event, you know...

Seth Rollins & Abraham Washington(w/ Danielle, sayeth Byron) vs. Dean Ambrose & Antonio Cesaro: Rollins and Cesaro immediately resume hostilities but Seth ends up in the wrong corner for a moment. Washington blind-tags in at an opportune moment and slaps around Ambrose as he holds him in an armbar...we'll see what this new attitude means for Abe's character. He does tag Seth back into the match without incident and things settle down as far as that team is concerned. The heel team gets it together on their side to dish out more abuse on Rollins...Seth fights out of the corner and finally tags in Washington! He rallies against Cesaro but Ambrose breaks up a pin attempt after a Flapjack...now Abe's the one in trouble.

Seth finally takes matters into his own hands but it doesn't help for long as he's still not the legal man. Abe finally avoids a blind charge into the corner by Dean, causing him to hit the ringpost shoulder-first. Washington nearly tags but Cesaro puts a stop to that only to get backdropped out of the ring by Seth. Seth nails Cesaro with a suicide dive, leaving Washington and Ambrose in the ring...and Abe gets his second wind! Cesaro tags himself into the match and goes for an O'Connor Roll, but Abe kicks him off and Seth stuns Cesaro with a jumping enzuigiri from the floor! That allows Washington to get his own O'Connor Roll on Antonio for the sudden three-count!

So long from the Sunshine State!
