Mick Foley and Ted DiBiase present the Slammy for "Holy Bleep" Moment Of The Year. Nominees: Sheamus O'Shaunessy powerbombs Sin Cara through a ladder, Randy Orton RKOs Christian Cage on the steps, Mark Henry & The Big Show break the ring, Evan Bourne does a shooting star press off a ladder. Winner: Big Show.

The Big Show vs. Wade Barrett: Hey, wrestling! Wade teases putting Show through a table but Show decides to bash the table to pieces with his own fists instead. Wade gets DQed for bringing a chair into the ring though Show just punches the chair away.

"Road Dogg" Jesse James(!) presents the Slammy for Pipebomb Of The Year. Nominees: C.M. Punk, "R-Truth" Ron Killings, Mike Mizanin, Booker T, Zack Ryder. Winner: C.M. Punk, who brings out a mannequin in a Dynamic Dude T-shirts that he refers to as General Manager Johnny Ace.

Lita Dumas presents the Slammy for Divalicious Moment Of The Year. Nominees: Natalya Neidhart's double Sharpshooter, Kelly K's title win, Amazing Kharma's destruction of Michelle McCool, and Beth Phoenix's top-rope Glam Slam. Winner: Kelly.

Santino Marella & The Bella Twins present the Slammy for Oh My God Moment Of The Year. Nominees: Triple H Tombstones The Undertaker, The Rock gives John Cena the Rock Bottom, the wrestlers' walkout on Triple H, and C.M. Punk's Money In The Bank title win. Winner: H.

David Otunga & Tony Atlas present the Slammy for Trending Star Of The Year. Nominees: Cody Rhodes, Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, Zack Ryder. The winner will be announced after the match featuring the four...

U.S. Champion Dolph Ziggler(w/ Vickie Guerrero) won a non-title four-corner match with Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes, Zack Ryder, and Daniel Bryan when he pinned Bryan after the Zigzag. Ryder won the Slammy but took a Zigzag after the match and Dolph stole the award for himself.

Christian Cage(in a neckbrace and on crutches) presents the Slammy for Game Changer Of The Year. Nominees: Vince McMahon is fired by HHH, Edge retires, Kevin Nash returns at SummerSlam, Rock vs. Cena. Winner: Rock vs. Cena with Cena accepting the award.

Alberto Del Rio & Mike Mizanin(w/ Ricardo Rodriguez) d. WWE Champion C.M. Punk & Randy Orotn; Wade Barrett pulled Orton off the apron at a key moment, allowing Miz to defeat Punk with the Skull-Crushing Finale. Del Rio & Miz destroy Punk with a ladder after the match.

Goldust & Vickie Guerrero present the Slammy for A-Lister Of The Year. Nominees: Hugh Jackman, The Muppets, Snooki, and Cee-Lo. Winner: Snooki(who accepts via pre-recorded message).

Sheamus O'Shaunessy vs. Jinder Mahal never starts as Sheamus decks him with a Brogue Kick before the match starts.

Rey Misterio Jr. presents the Slammy for Superstar Of The Year. Nominees: Orton, Miz, Punk, Alberto, Mark Henry, and Cena. Winner: Punk, but he's hurt so Johnny Ace accepts on his behalf. Ha ha.

World Champion Mark Henry vs. John Cena ended in a no-contest; Henry delivered the World's Strongest Slam but the lights went out and PYRO~! KANE returns in a metal mask and enters the ring...Henry bails out, but Cena walks into a huge chokeslam. Kane removes the metal mask and he's wearing a variation of his old mask...WOO~!
