-Alberto Del Rio(w/ Ricardo Rodriguez) d. Daniel Bryan with the cross-armbreaker takedown, earning his WWE Title opportunity at the PPV.
-Kelly K & Eve Torres(w/ Alicia Fox) d. Women's Champion Beth Phoenix & Natalya Neidhart when Kelly pinned Beth with a small package.
-John Cena d. Zack Ryder with the F-U, earning his WWE Title opportunity at the PPV; Ryder would have earned a U.S. Title shot if he won. Cena pleaded with General Manager Johnny Ace to give Ryder another chance and Ace agreed on the condition that Cena give up his title shot at the PPV. Cena agreed, leading to...
-Zack Ryder d. World Champion Mark Henry in a no-countout-no-DQ non-title match after John Cena gave Henry the F-U. Ryder earned a U.S. Title shot at Dolph Ziggler with his victory.
-Kevin Nash d. Santino Marella with the Jackknife.
-Sheamus O'Shaunessy d. U.S. Champion Dolph Ziggler(w/ Vickie Guerrero) in a non-title match; Zack Ryder distracted Ziggler, leading to Sheamus hitting the Brogue Kick for the win. Dolph did NOT earn a spot in the WWE Title match at the PPV since he lost...somehow Sheamus didn't get the spot and presumably Bryan and Orton weren't in the running either.
-The show ended with the contract signing for the WWE Title match at the PPV...Champion C.M. Punk astutely noted that these never end well and opened hostilities personally, bulldogging Alberto through the table and giving Miz the Go 2 Sleep. Oh, it's a TLC Match.
