The fans were treated to an autograph session with former WWF Intercontinental Champion The Honky Tonk Man prior to the show.
Eric Allen(w/ Chris Logan) came out to officially say his goodbyes to the MECW fans, but he was interrupted by Sinn Enterprises. That brought out Mauler McDarby along with Troy Seals and Mike Marvel to back up Allen and McDarby introduced his new manager...Mr. K! Tag Team Champion(and MECW owner) Sarin Sinn ordered Allen to work as the ring announcer for the night...
Chris Logan d. Mizfitt Manners(w/ Myranda); Mizfitt got distracted by a ringside confrontation between Allen and Myranda, allowing Logan to get the rollup pin. After the match, Myranda got a gift from a secret admirer...Mizfitt was not happy about that.
Troy Seals fought Mike Marvel to a double-pin; Seals appeared to have the win with a small package but the referee ruled that both men's shoulders were down for the three-count. Sinn had ordered the two newcomers to fight for their official contracts and declared that neither man would get a contract since both "lost".
Count Kharfu(w/ Tag Team Champion Sarin Sinn) d. Independent Champion Shawn Santel by DQ; Sinn interfered freely throughout the match, including several occasions right in front of the referee. Sinn intimidated the official, saying he could do whatever he wanted since he was the owner. In fact, Sinn blatantly pulled Santel off a pin attempt after a swandive headbutt at one point. Santel pummeled Kharfu out of frustration and accidentally elbowed the referee in the process, leading to the disqualification. Santel challenged Kharfu to a dog collar match next month to finally have a decisive winner between the two...Kharfu accepted.
After intermission, Mauler McDarby introduced the big masked man from recent events as "Joey", accompanied by his manager/friend Johnny Thunder.
Tag Team Champion Sarin Sinn(w/ Attorney Vern & Count Kharfu) d. Mauler McDarby(w/ Mr. K); Sinn pulled the referee in the way of an avalanche by McDarby, then hit McDarby twice with a baseball bat. Sinn covered with feet on the ropes and Vern used the unconscious referee's hand to make the three-count and signal for the closing bell.
With the regular referee out of commission, Allen was ordered to officiate the main event with Mr. K taking up familiar duties as ring announcer...
Justin Reno(w/ Myranda) fought Joey(w/ Johnny Thunder) to a no-contest to retain the Heavyweight Title; Allen was far from impartial in his officiating role. Tempers finally flared and Allen decked Reno, bringing out Sinn & Kharfu. That prompted Santel and McDarby to hit the ring as well, ending the match with no winner...but McDarby issued the challenge for an impromptu six-man tag.
Independent Champion Shawn Santel, Mauler McDarby, & Joey(w/ Mr. K & Johnny Thunder) d. Heavyweight Champion Justin Reno, Tag Team Champion Sarin Sinn, & Count Kharfu(w/ Myranda) when Joey pinned Kharfu after delivering a double chokeslam on Reno and Kharfu.
