Superstars + Impact

WWE Superstars.com

Your hosts are Josh Mathews, Matt Striker, & Scott Stanford.

Justin Gabriel vs. Tyson Kidd: YAY FLIPPIES~! Gabriel goes aerial once too often and Kidd breaks up a springboard move to take over. Meanwhile, Striker threatens to join Twitter...God help us all. Gabriel fights back to clothesline Kidd out of the ring, but Kidd avoids a baseball slide and punts Gabriel from the apron. Kidd throws him back in the ring for the springboard elbowdrop...for two. Gabriel tries to use the turnbuckles again but Kidd dropkicks him, then spikes him with a top-rope Frankensteiner...only for Gabriel to roll through into a sunset flip/rollup...for 2 1/2! Kidd runs into a Blue Thunder Bomb and this time Gabriel has the opening to hit the Fall From Grace for the win.

Trent Barreta vs. Jack Swagger(w/ Vickie Guerrero): Trent uses his agility to fend off Swagger's assault on a few occasions...but finally gets caught and drilled with the Doctor Bomb. Swagger transitions straight into the anklelock from there, tappity-tap.

Mason Ryan vs. Drew McIntyre: Drew takes the fight to the more powerful Ryan...good luck with that. McIntyre finally gets a good plan by kicking out Ryan's knee, keeping his opponent down on the mat. Ryan powers his way back into the matchup but Drew dropkicks the knee to cut him off. McIntyre goes to the top, not his typical game plan...and he jumps off into the full nelson slam! Good night, Drew.

Tag Team Champion Evan Bourne vs. Epico Colon(w/ Primo Colon & Rosa Mendes): Bourne lives! Ironically, his little vacation meant a longer title reign for Air Boom than I would have expected. YAY WRESTLING~! With Primo and Rosa out there, why isn't Kofi Kingston in Bourne's corner?...ah, Stanford explains that Kofi's on an overseas tour right now. Evan dropkicks Epico's legs out from under him on the apron...then takes him out with a huge plancha off the top rope! Epico slows him down by crotching him on the top rope(accidentally?)...that would do it. Epico dishes out a chain of back suplexes ending in a released German suplex...for two. Epico focuses his attack on the back with more suplexes but can't keep Bourne down for long. Epico gets him in the Gory Special(!) but Bourne maneuvers out with a mid-air armdrag...I think it's comeback time. Rana! Jumping knees! Spinkick...for two! Evan avoids a backcracker to hit another jumping knee...for two. Epico gets off an elbow and goes to the second rope, but Evan jumps from the mat into a top-rope Frankensteiner...for two! Bourne puts him in position and goes to the top rope, but Primo distracts him from the shooting star press attempt. Epico avoids a wild kick, hits the backcracker this time, and gets a big win over one of the Tag Champs!

TNA Impact

-Your hosts are Mike Tenay & Taz.
-Abyss d. Samoa Joe; Scott Steiner distracted the referee while Bully Ray hit Joe with a chain, leading to Abyss getting the win via chokeslam. Immortal was attempting to bring Abyss back into the stable, but Abyss laid out Steiner with the Blackhole Slam.
-Mickie James d. Women's Tag Team Champion Madison Rayne with the jumping DDT.
-Garett Bischoff d. Phil Gunner(w/ Eric Bischoff & Ric Flair) via fluke rollup; post-match, Bischoff pulled back the ringside mats and Gunner gave Garett a piledriver on the exposed concrete.
-Women's & Women's Tag Team Champion Gail Kim d. Traci Brooks in a non-title match; Traci refused to lay down for Gail. Karen distracted Traci and the ref while Madison Rayne BELTed Traci, leading to Gail getting the rollup pin.
-A.J. Styles & Jeff Hardy d. Heavyweight Champion Bobby Roode & Jeff Jarrett(w/ Karen Angle-Jarrett); Styles tweaked his knee during the match and the heels went after the injury. Hardy & Jarrett brawled to the back and Roode went for the kill, but Styles countered a Perfectplex attempt into a small package for the flash pin. Roode clipped A.J. after the match and rammed his knee repeatedly into the entrance stage...

Late additions to Final Resolution: Rob Van Dam vs. Christopher Daniels, James Storm vs. Kurt Angle.
